The room was disgusting. It smelt of cat urine. We got back late at night and when we pulled back the covers on one of the beds it was all brown. My 2 little girls were sleeping in it lucky we had a blanket in the car that we told them to lay on.

Nothing staff member at the desk was rude and offered nothing in response to being double booked
We were double booked and after having been confirmed and paid for the room to arrive and be told there was nothing, but had I arrived 5 mins earlier we could have been lucky - really. We had to travel back to brisbane that night as there was nothing anywhere available.

the location was good and nice comfortable bed.
The air con didn't work properly, it was quite noisy outside and people were not smoking in the designated area. i also was charged a international transaction fee on my credit card which i didn't understand. The free continental breakfast was very basic.

newly renovated. clean and fresh. some cooking facilities, but also very handy to lots of food outlets, and menus etc in the room pack. very pleasant owner/manager who texted to let me know about checkin, because I was coming after hours. all worked well.
The bed was too soft for my liking…. but maybe perfect for someone else.

The location was great
The bed linen was filthy , particularly the pillowcases, the bed needs updating, it was very easy to roll out! There were no bedside tables or bedside lights, the very old lift that was above the bed did not work. The owners used the blower outside our bedroom door at 6:10am for about an hour, we were not impressed after not sleeping well. The room slept 3 people yet there was only one coffee mug and one glass. This property is well over priced for what essentially should be a one or two star motel.

Convenient location for our needs.
Nearby to a supermarket and food outlets.
Broken toilet seat, electric jug lid broken, huge old rocker chair taking up space, empty soap dispenser in shower, chipped mugs and plates , no padding on the ironing board, and the raw steel end on a folding bed, which my husband cut his leg on, while squeezing past to his side of the bed. Breakfast was offered but poorly delivered.

Good clean room, convenient location, free complimentary breakfast with pancakes toast cereal juice and hot drinks.
Kitchen utensils were missing from room and no spare pillows so had to go to reception twice to make requests for additional supplies. Booked a room for 3 people and were given keys to a double room then had to change rooms.

no rails on the pool. I am a little incapacitated and could not get in or out of pool with ease. very strap and nothing to hold on to.

Booked through Booking.com, had a conformation number, got to motel. No room available.
Cannot rate anything because was sent to a different motel which was awful.
Sent to Jacaranda motel, air-conditioner made a lound whirring noise. 3am woken up with water running out of air-conditioner, down wall, over a bed head light, onto husband. Breakfast was included in price, told breakfast was 7am, arrived at 7:15 (not the only ones) and nothing was open. Nothing was open to inform them about air-conditioner, which possibly could cause a fire. Not happy.

The spa bath was awesome? Lots of space in the room. Very tidy.
Need better blockout curtains and bed was way too soft. Otherwise, stay was good.
