Friendly, clean, perfect beach location and helpful staff food very good

The location is right across the street from the beach, and if you are lucky you can get a room with a balcony facing the sea. The breakfast is nice and there was several options to choose from. The staff was pleasant and the place was very clean.

The bed and pillows were a bit flat and hard. Some of the lights did not work in the room or were a strange color (this likely could have been resolved had I informed the front desk, which I did not).

The view from my room particularly the sunrise. The proximity to the beach. The excellent Coba restaurant. The housekeeping staff.

The receptionists gave me different incorrect information about how to access my onward bus journey. One receptionist in particular was bordering on rude.

Booked it on behalf of my Father and his partner. They were here without a car so the location was perfect.
