Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Mentioned nice things to with my son while we were here for 3 days. Their recommendation were perfect.

We loved everything

Everything about this hotel is on point. Love it all.

I typically like Holiday Inn Express Hotels, it was very clean and my wife and I enjoyed it. The room was very nice for the price, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good. We had a nice morning to eat our breakfast out on the deck.

The only thing we would have changed it pillows that were more firm.

It seems this hotel was put up fast with cheap products You could hear your neighbors on both sides Even snoring, talking and crying as if you were in their room

The staff was absolutely awful. I am a breastfeeding mom and this stay was my first time away from my daughter and was driving 5 hours- I called earlier in the week to ask for an early check in since I’d need to pump at arrival and was told to just call Saturday to see (no biggie, totally understand if there’s no room available for early check in.) I called Saturday morning and the woman was incredibly rude, she repeated “I cannot guarantee check in prior to 3pm” over 4 times. She said call back in a few hours- so I called again just before my arrival and she again was very rude on the phone. She repeated the same statement in a very rude tone and said “just ask when you get here.” I arrived around 230pm, I went inside and before I could even say anything the staff said “we cannot check you in, it’s not 3pm.” I said “ok, no worries I was just told to ask about it when I arrived, I had called earlier” and the staff goes “oh. You’re Heather Mussmann?” We don’t have your room ready, I can offer you the bathroom down the hall.” I politely asked where it was and she sighed very rudely and said “this way.” And showed me the way to the restroom. The bathroom was absolutely gross- the floor was covered in water because it was right next to the pool and there was nowhere to sit other than the toilet. I returned to my car to pump. When I arrived back at 10pm to check in after the event I was in town for, a different staff didn’t even say hello, they rudely said “name?” And then pointed where i needed to sign. I totally understand not having availability to check in early, but the staff being rude was incredibly off putting and I would likely not stay at your hotel again for that reason alone.

The staff was super friendly upon check in and check out! Clean room with fun decor. I like that they provide a decent quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap that isn't in mini containers or bar form.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean (I'm a germophobe so I truly mean it), the staff was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stay here again!
