Towel rail not secure No kitchen sink brush or proper pot scoured Bed a little hard for me Bottom sheets not wide enough so kept coming out from base Extraction fan in bathroom ran 24/7

Beds not comfortable- lounge small and broke during stay. Pool was not warm after the first 2 days ? heater not working

it was quite and clean and good car security.

This not about the people who look after property this is about property owners. For $ 660 for two nights I would expect little thing like Shampoo / conditioner / toothpaste/ extra soap and just fix little things that people expect . So we don’t need to go out and buy.???!!!

Honestly , I would never stay here again and would not recommend to friends. Much Better value in the area.

I think it should be the opening line under facilities that this listing as a PENTHOUSE is NOT air conditioned ! This is the only apartment I have stayed in throughout the last 10 years in Australia that doesn't have air conditioning as a minimum . The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment away from any breeze , and both bathrooms have no windows. It is listed as a private roof top balcony Penthouse . It does not mention that you have to leave your apartment and walk up the common stair case another level to have access to your balcony. It also stated there were BBQ facilities which there were not .The check out is 9.30am from the normal 10am check out , yet we still had the cleaner walk straight into the apartment at 9am without even knocking , just opened the door and walked in while hubby and I were in the loungeroom > Our entire apartment wasn't well cleaned ....it's outdated and needs a deep clean of all appliances - Book elsewhere

Staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was well equipped.

No Airconditioning, @$250 a night would of expected at least the living area to have been air-conditioned.

Clean and great place to stay the couch and bed where bot nice to sit in or lye in looks good for show but put me off comming again to stay

location to beach was slightly hilly but handy to head out for local trips and restaurants; beds were OK for week: really great pool and spa for regular use with few around; secure parking.

if adverse to climbing stairs with older residents or trailing young kids, go for ground floor as no lift;unit needed a real deep clean to remove mould, dirty stove and shower, broken bedroom cupboards,and upgrade curtains with new furnishings: no AC in a hot summer but plenty of ceiling fans.

Close walk to town, beach and restaurants. Great pool - private, warm, clean and pleasant surroundings. Apartment was clean and tidy, good size for 2-4 people, and good facilities.

No elevator so 40+ steps up to appartment each time (good exercise). Loud noises heard from rooftop during windy night - maybe a loose shade cloth. Surprisingly busy road out the front of appartments - so a bit of noise at times.
