Location was ok and reception staff were efficient ,parking good but nothing else

So many bad points to this hotel ,first we booked it as after a long journey we wanted a swim,only to get there and find out the pool was closed ,then most things in the hotel were worn or old,rooms very small with hardly enough space to move around the bed ,WiFi in room was really bad,can't even send WA messages we wanted a non smoking room but these rooms have a inside hotel room window right next to a staircase which gives zero privacy and needs the curtain drawn at all times ,the smoking rooms have street windows ,so it seems this hotels bad design caters mainly for smokers rooms ,strange in 2023 to be this way .breakfast was quite bland ,so I unenjoyable stay.

Location strategic, facility like a hotel with 4 star

Staff is very pleasant. In the morning I was leaving and they even found coffee for me. Great location

I'm afraid like many hotels in Indonesia, this hotel seems to have no non-smoking policy and the room reeked of cigarettes. Worse for me as I'm allergic to smoke.

The location was good, very close to the shopping centre and has lots of choices place to eat😊

Almost nothing

Location. That is the main reason why I chose this hotel. You can walk all the way along Cihampelas Road. Ciwalk is also within walking distance. FYI, it was located side by side with Aston Tropicana (managed by same company)

Nothing specifics. Everything is ok. Breakfast not so many choices, but ok. Just like that.

The location near Cihampelas Walk Mall. I could asked connecting room.

The water shower quite slow. No window to outside from bedroom. The staff forgot to clean my wardrobe, there was insect wings left in the wardrobe
