Location and roof top swimming pool!

Noise from the bar behind the hotel but only until 11pm or so.

Nice breakfast, great staff, great location. Reception and restaurant were modern and quite nice. Lots of international guests.

No view, smallish room that didn't seem quite finished, noise from street at night.

Rooms are not soundproofed and the street down the hotel is quite buys/ noisy. Very difficult to get a good sleep without earplugs

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything and feels really safe. The breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. There is also a great spa that does amazing massages across the road

We stayed in both the new and old towers of the hotel and the old wasnt as good but it’s being renovated at the moment so nothing to worry about

The staff at this hotel were fantastic they are all super friendly and helpful, really made for a great stay. The hotel is also in a great location and had everything we needed.

The Breakfast is stunning you won't regret it

I hardly give this kind of review even when there is a problem, because we always find a solution. But here difficult to communicate. The free cancellation period is 5 days. I used Booking for a long time now, and I never paid a night that I didn't spend. Even when the deadline to cancel passed, the host or booking always managed to accommodate. Especially here I just crossed the 5 days deadline for about 3 hours, asking back and forth to change or cancel. After asking several time they did change my booking once but didn't reduce the number of days, even when I mentioned I won't be there on the first night. Look at it the way you want, paying 4 nights for 3 won't make you happy even in the best hotel.

The location of the property is great. The breakfast was very good. Most of the staff seemed friendly enough.

Our room was average and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. They failed to tell us the pool was out of order though out our stay. We had to pay to use another hotel pool close by. No compensation was offered to us, which was disappointing.

central location, easy walk to most sight seeing destinations. staff were very friendly and no query would go unanswered.

the rooms were very small but due to the central location this is understandable. the pool was also very small and located in another building then up an extra flight of stairs. Not very appealing Also this hotel is located in the Japanese part of the city so most restaurants near by were Japanese

Location was excellent. Room was good but toilet needed updating to bide, breakfast was ok.

The pool is small, not like the photos. The gym is pathetic and the Spa does not even exist even though it is still promoted. I book hotels for these facilities and I was very disappointed that the Paragon didn’t have them.
