The staff, the amenities, resort grounds and breakfast were all exceptional. the staff really made our honeymoon special by upgrading our room, making sure that we always had what we needed and helping us find transportation wherever we wanted to go. everything they did and encounter we had felt genuine and welcoming. the resort is so beautiful, it makes you not want to leave. I can’t recommend this place enough

our shower water was extremely hot, like burning, without a way to turn it down. small inconvenience but we would’ve rather had burning hot water than cold :)

it’s absolutely NOTHING I can say I didn’t like about this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable. The breakfast is great.

It’s just one restaurant. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Very well managed hotel. Very high standard of cleanliness. Excellent staff. Fabulous, extensive breakfast menu with lots of healthy options. We stayed at three 5 star hotels in Mykonos and the Mykonos Grand was, by far, the best. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we made an unplanned return stay one day after leaving! Thank you, Mykonos Grand.

Everything about Mykonos grand was exceptional from the moment we arrived to leaving. The staff is kind and helpful, service is extraordinary. The food on site is delicious with a few restaurants and taverna walking distance down the hill. The private beach is relaxing and well kept. The rooms were even better than pictured. Our balcony with jacuzzi hot tub was very large and clean. The hotel always helped to arrange professional quick and kind transfer service for us to go wherever we wanted on the island. We cannot wait to return

I have nothing critical to say about Mykonos Grand and I’m a picky traveler!

It is difficult to walk outside the property as the roads are very small and the nature of the beach. Not so much an issue with the property more the general location.

Absolutely everything. From the kind message asking if we would like to have a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport until bringing us back (I’m writing this while waiting for our plane!). Honestly, I’ve been to so many 5–6 stars hotels in my life and was amazed by how brilliant the staff was. My partner and I were REALLY relaxed. The private beach, the staff gets to know your name, they know what you like, they are always there for you. No one is lazy, ever!!! 10 out of 10 is not enough, congratulations for everything guys, you made this very first holiday post covid the most amazing trip! Xx Tanara Castro and Colin Smith.

We had an amazing 9 day stay. The staff are truly wonderful. We loved Vicki who helped us with everything and George from the beach. It was truly magical and the facilities are wonderful. The resturant was delicious. Our room was amazing. Truly a 5 star stay from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much “grand” staff for making our vacation wonderful.

Worth every penny. Where to start: amazing client relations. Incredibly comfortable bed. This matters, a lot. Wonderful decor, great service all around. Probably the best breakfast offering I have had in Europe, outside of the UK, with a great balance of healthy, Greek and other options. Wonderful service: Maria at the restaurant, Marina, the spa manager is also a wonderfully skilled therapist. All round lovely people. Oh and try the Nama cocktail…

I really didn't like that during check out asked if would like to leave tipp (???????) -

The staff at the Mykonos Grand is exceptional. From the moment we entered the resort they took care of us as if we were family. Twice we had to request emergency supplies for our little one and without hesitation they ran out to the nearest store for us. The room was perfect for our family of three- it was very large (one bedroom) and had a very large family room where our daughter could sleep. It also had two bathrooms and two balconies- great for enjoying the spectacular view of the Mediterranean. The beds were extremely comfortable- every little touch in the room was perfectly designed.

The food at Namas is very good but it would have been nice to have a more casual option. That said we enjoyed every meal we ate there.

We want to mention all the amazing staff, and of course, Vicky, Panayiotis and the lovely girls from the Spa. Special mention to Tarzan, the cat.

I loved the staff so much! They are absolutely lovely and so concerned about guests happiness! The breakfast was amazing and included , the beach and Pool were fabulous! My room was a dream with a gorgeous bathtub and fabulous l’oocitane products. I will come every year now! Strongly suggest going.
