Great location for us outside the busy town of Morzine but right by the express lift to Avoriaz and the free bus into town. Really lovely traditional family run hotel. Very nice staff and excellent food. A gem and we would gladly visit again.

Booked a single room but been upgraded to a double, very tasty dinner and good breakfast, fair prices for drinks, clean and spacy room and bathroom, pool, parking

The location is great, few min cable car to Avoriz. Loved the ski in slope. The whole place is renovated. The room had a balcony with great view. A very nice boutique small hotel which run by a lovely family.
Supermarket is not on a a walking distance but you have free bus and it is less than 10 min driving.

Absolutely amazing hotel, and very accommodating. They were overbooked when we stayed, so we were kindly put up in the residences next door which was beautiful. The food was unbelievably good. Chef was incredible - needs a Michelin star! Lovely family run hotel, warm, cosy, accommodating, great breakfast, definitely exceeded our expectations. Ski-in-ski out was fabulous too, great location at the bottom of Les Prodains lift up into Avoriaz ski area, and easy bus access into Morzine.
The only down side would be there wasn't the most varied number of options of food for vegetarians. They were very accommodating and offered alternatives each night, but usually entailed of omelette/egg-based and not matching the standard of the meat options. That said, they did produce some amazing salads and always ensured we were happy with our food. Overall, the food was incredible.

It’s proximity to the Les Prodains Express
we stayed half board & had to translate the evening food courses. Not hard to do but would of been nice to of had it in English too

nicely decorated rooms in a big chalet, an impressive location this hot summer with the pool outside! amazingly simple and friendly staff - we felt very welcome. while not a fan in general we loved the jacuzzi , relaxing after a big day on the bike! the food was astonishing, with lots of local niceties, like fresh herbs and flowers from the garden on a salad with home smoked fera from the lake… eggs for breakfast with amazing bread and home made jams are simply a moment of felicity.

Great evening food. Comfortable beds, quite rooms and very clean. Friendly staff. East access to the slopes and short airport transfer. I would stay again and recommend to others.
Wi-Fi is a big issue here for some reason. We have stayed for years in a chalet a few doors down the road and the wi-fi was very good there however here it barely worked for some reason, never come across such an issue in a hotel to be honest - it isn't great if you need to do any work whilst staying!! (or if kids want to use the web....that could very well be a challenge ....for everyone!)

The WiFi was extremely slow and kept cutting out. Couldn’t fill in passenger locator forms so had to come down to the restaurant in the middle of the night to book transfers and fill in PLF

Good family run hotel right next to Prodains lift. Was on my own and felt very comfortable in dinning room etc. Delicious food though breakfast at 13 euros is a tad expensive for yoghurt cheese and bread.
Had to leave at 7.30am and couldn't even get a drink (they did tell me in advance) yet alone a piece of bread to tide me over!!

Breakfast consisted of a choice of cerals, breads, meats, pastries, yoguarts, jams, juice, tea or coffee! plenty of choice and lots of it - all delightful

A great location for exploring the area. I was there for a trail running race and it was a perfect base. It was perfect for a solo traveler. I booked half board, the restaurant was lovely and I was happy and comfortable to be there alone. The food was simply amazing! The pool was and added bonus for relaxing later in the day. I would highly recommend.

Staff are extremely helpful and the food is amazing! Every dinner we continued to be surprised by the quality of the food - the breakfast was also a very good continental breakfast.
The hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the lift and is accessible via the slopes on the way down.
Highly recommend!
