Absolutely a spa like hotel. When arriving you feel really invited and at peace. I love how the value for money gave an exceptional hospitality & room. I booked the double bed room and did not expect to be a luxury bath tub, rainforest shower within the room. It felt very luxurious!

The only problem I had was the tv, it was not working and it took 2 maintenance people to come and fix for over 30 minutes. They decided to replace the tv.

The boutique feel, the rooms with verandahs that you can walk directly through to ground level, the location, the quietness- even though the property is located in the middle of Ubud! The staff were so lovely and hospitable x

Amazing location and great service. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

The rice paddy fields which were shown in the photos next to Swimming pool were actually looking like muddy fields.

It’s in close proximity to the Ubud market, yoga studios and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious and had everything that I needed (even the lighting was perfect for makeup). Furniture in the balcony was also clean and well maintained. Spa at the hotel was amazing too. It is definitely worth every penny. I would visit again.

The breakfast was very nice , fantastic service ,staff are amazing .Room was cleaned every day even when you got back from breakfast the room was cleaned .Didn't have a main meal at the resort so can't comment .

Only thing that I could complain about would be the distance and steps to the room but thats just a miner thing .

Rooms can be a little dark and lights can't really be turned on very bright.

Everything about the resort and facilities were amazing. The customer service was great, the comfort of the rooms and the activities available were perfect. My only critique was the breakfast option was underwhelming. That is my only critique other than that... everything else was superb.

The breakfast offering was very lackluster. But luckily, the location of the resort is by other restaurants with great options.

we stayed at the back and the hike to the street was tough…. not! it was incredible to be in the centre of town and yet still feel away from it all. the rat in the room on the last night wasn’t the best - but I’m not complaining
