The staff were very helpful and friendly, they didn't speak English and our Spanish is not great but we were able to communicate with them. The room was comfortable enough for a night and had a great shower. Breakfast was good too!

Our room only had one window, a skylight. Wasn't an issue for us as we only spent one night there. Also you had to close the shade with a broom :)

Location was easy to find and had secure parking. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We left before breakfast, but the owner packed us a bag with a sandwich, cereal bar and juice - very kind!

Location is very close to the bus-sur terminal (about 2 blocks away) and walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shops and the waterfront. Check in was very easy and smooth, host help us setup a taxi for the airport the next morning. Apartment room was exactly as pictured, clean beds and bathroom. Breakfast had so many food options and was delicious. Would stay here again.

It was just a few mins walk from the Bus Sur stop which was convenient for us as a layover stop. Room is very very clean, with heater, great shower. The host was also very helpful and offered to prepare take away breakfast since our bus was at 8am the next day. We communicated via a translator, so far the only person that did that for us amongst the hosts that didn’t speak English too well.

Nothing at all - I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants convenience and also reasonably priced accommodation.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. Walking distance to bus station (thats why we originally booked). Street view nothing much, but once inside, it is great.

the host was most helpful and gentle! although we had no language in common, he did a lot of effort to communicate. If you want insider tips, you're at the right spot here. f;i; when we followed his advice to take the road to the smaller ferry to terra del fuego, we saw a lot of animals and had a beautiful day. The lobby/breakfast room is the nicest place to be: a splendid art work on the walls pictures Patagonia, its such a charming way to decorate!

the rooms are more simple than I expected by the pictures, the bathroom is outdated. when we came back we booked again because the hosts kindness, but the got another room, which was smelling weird. the breakfast is rather mediocre.

WOW!!!! Incredible stay! This is the absolute perfect place to stay in Punta Arenas. It is close to everything and the quality of the hotel is very good. It appears new and very well taken care of. The breakfast was also fantastic and the staff could not have been more kind and caring! I stayed in a different accommodation for my first stop in Punta Arenas and stayed here on my way back. If I could have done it over again I would have stayed here the whole time!

Wish I stayed longer!

Hostel is very close to Bus Sur terminal and has late check in which was perfect for me. The staff didn't speak English, but we got by with translation apps. They had a good breakfast selection and helped me book a taxi to the airport. Twin room with ensuite was spacious, clean and warm.

The room was on the ground floor next to reception and breakfast room, so if you're wanting a lie in you'll need ear plugs

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff was incredibly helpful - called me a cab for the airport, and even helped me find a mountain biking expedition when basically everything was closed on a Sunday! Breakfast was a great spread - eggs, toast, the works. The bed was comfy. Good location central in town.

The room and bed were both a bit small. Felt that it was a bit overpriced for the room facilities. However, the staff made up for this with their helpfulness.

Really excellent value hostel in a great part of the town. Basic but extremely comfortable room with an AMAZING shower. Exactly what we were looking for for a quick overnight stay.
