Everything is amazing

The room is basic but the bed was comfortable and it was the best (hot) shower and breakfast I had throughout my 2.5 week stay in Nepal. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It didn't bother me but there isn't an elevator. Maybe request a lower floor room if you don't like stairs.

Staff is friendly but at the same time kind of weird. I stayed there twice: before and after our trekking tour. I did the first booking via the hotels website and never got a response. At the time we arrived it seemed like the booking didn’t work. However, we got a room. The second booking was via booking.com and everything went fine. What I found weird were little things: for instance at breakfast I ordered eggs that were never served. When I asked for them the second time the servant told me they are going to be prepared. After half an hour, breakfast time was almost over, I left without getting the eggs served.

Bimal dhamala and his team were some of the best staff I have ever encountered. They made my stay relaxing and stress free by organizing taxies, sightseeing including a flight over Everest and even recommended places to go in my next trip in Pokhara. The hotel is located in a fantastic area surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and spas, it is also a short trip to the airport for early morning flights. The staff even rang my room to check to see if I had breakfast which was a great touch. Having lived in Asia for 4 years and now planning on moving back to Europe I wasnt planning on returning to Asia soon but I will definitely be coming back to nepal next year and staying here again to explore nepal further! The bathtub with hot water after trekking was great 👍

Room was accurate in the description (triple). Room was quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the phone was not functional. Shower was nice and hot. Only ate breakfast on the first morning, it was OK at best.

Breakfast (buffet dishes) could be better.

Breakfast was pretty good and Binod, the waiter, is very kind and efficient. The receptionists are also very professional and attentive, they give you any kind of information you might need and help with transportation.

It takes too long to get hot water, so you must waste many liters until you get a comfortable temperature. I felt bad about having to waste so much water to take a shower. Clients should not be allowed to stay in the central courtyard after 10 pm. In our last night there was a little group drinking and talking and they were a bit too noisy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Starting from the driver at the airport, reception, wait staff to management. The room was wonderful, bathroom was great, bath was most welcomed after a longg time travelling and the roof top was brilliant. The food was delicious. The reception and wait staff were very helpful, friendly, and one of the staff wanted to learn how to fold a paper crane, so we had a lesson. The management even attempted to introduce me to the local artist, but our schedules did match up.
