L’emplacement est bien, l’accueil très bien aussi.

Nous avons constatés beaucoup de matériel très abîmés voir cassé l’ors de notre arrivée pour l’état des lieux.

Super endroit, pile ce que l on cherchait entre PortAventura et la plage de Salou, proche de toutes commodités. Appartement calme et propre. A conseillé

L'appartement était super, en plus vu sur port aventura. Cet appartement est très très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Et super bien si tu es entre port aventura et le centre-ville donc possibilité de tout faire à pied. Lits très confortable. Le plus deux salle de bain et deux WC.

Malheureusement le seul point négatif que nous avons eu avec cet appartement et au niveau sonore car nous entendions tout ce qui s'est passé chez le voisin. Ils avaient un bébé et partait très fort donc nous avons passé des nuits assez compliqué

Amazing apartment , loved it, nice easy check in even though we had a late flight.Apartment was bigger and better than we had hoped for. Location was perfect, nice and quiet but very near the main area in Salou. Pool was superb and we really couldn’t have asked for more. The guys on reception were fantastic as well, all round 10/10. Thanks again, we will return to your beautiful complex.

Great apartment with everything you could need, pool was great and not busy since it's a residential complex. Very comfortable beds. Location is great especially if visiting Portaventura, 5 minute walk.

Pool games aren't allowed. Swimming and thats it.

Charging €50 to put a key in a box and call it a late checkin wasn’t nice. Neither was calling ten in the morning a regular check out and looking to charge for a twelve o clock check out. They called twelve a late checkout.

Location was great for if you want to visit portaventura and also same distance to the beach. Lots of small supermarkets around the area. Swimming pools were lovely and warm and open until late. It wasn’t too busy when we went. We felt safe with the COVID situation. The apartment was spacious. Staff were helpful. They also helped when we needed to find a taxi and book it. They also were very helpful with any questions I had before the holiday Andersen very kind to let us check in earlier due to our early flight arrival time. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a big benefit. I would definitely visit again.

A few minor downsides there were no oven gloves or enough try’s for the oven. We are asked to clean before leaving the property but there was no cleaning solutions for the mop bucket to clean the floor. And it’s not convenient to go out and buy floor cleaner from a small super market which can be very pricey and then can’t take it back home in the suitcase due to luggage weight. It would be handy if floor cleaner was left In The property. The first couple of nights we only had a sheet for a blanket which may be fine for some but we all found it cold but the staff soon sorted us out with blankets also we had no plug for the bath. Waited a couple of days before we recieved one. We were quite unlucky with having noisy people above us. I don’t mean noisy because they have kids but noisy as in moving furniture around at silly times like 2am for long hours through the night and loud talking. It sounded like they were rearranging the apartment every night scraping chairs across the floor etc. Kept us awake most nights. I did msg the reception but unfortunately had no reply from them. When I moved the settee to clean under it before we left the property it was very dusty and didn’t looked like it had been cleaned for a long time. It has now as I did it. The life guard (I think that’s what he was) he wasn’t able to see the pool from where he was sitting so he may not be,seemed friendly sometimes and could be quite rude to the kids other times. Couldn’t t work him out but he wasn’t a problem really. None of these minor problems would stop me coming again or recommending it to anyone else. The positives definitely out weigh the negetives.
