High quality accommodation, well managed, lovely pool. Friends stayed in another villa and we were brilliantly looked after by Kyriakos the owner. It is a 20 mins walk to central Naoussa which we were fine with, some say the road is busy but you can easily walk on the sides. A €15 taxi is an option, we also hired cars for €50/day to get around the island and Anti-Paros too (a must). Brilliant advice on restaurants and places to visit. Lovely winery (Moraitis) worth visiting too.

Great views of the vineyard and countryside. Pool was fantastic for the kids, specially toward the end of the day. The villa is well equipped and spacious. You can tell the owner (Kyriakos) spared no expense in keeping the villas up to date. Kyriakos is a wealth of knowledge providing specific details regarding sites and restaurants to visit in Paros. His suggestion to visit the mountain village of Lefkes was on point. Kyriakos was very responsive to our needs during our 3-night stay.

There is a bizarre 2-hour quiet time between 3-5pm due to a problematic neighbor. Kyriakos was upfront and transparent with us regarding the regulations and circumstances. Not a complaint, just something to factor in when using the pool in the afternoon.

The host was great and answered all of our questions and when I mentioned I couldn't find some things in the kitchen he brought them out for us. He also took us to the supermarket to pick up a few items. Very clean and the timing was great because it didn't interfere with our baby's naps. Pool was fantastic-good temperature and very relaxing. Allowed us a late check out which was very helpful with the timing of our ferry departure/baby nap schedule. Villa was very spacious. There is lots to do and see in Paros. We really had a wonderful time here and June was definitely a good time to visit (great weather and before the busy tourist season).

The location is not in central Naoussa (25 min walk), so you will need to rent a car/ATV to explore the island and there really is so much to do and see in Paros (taxis are not cheap). The beds could have been more comfortable-the mattress was a little stiff and the pillows were a little low/not enough cushion (personal preference).

Beautiful villa with shared pool 20 minutes walk from the lovely village of Naoussa. The property was clean, well equipped and had nice views over the owner’s vineyard and sea in the distance. The pool was nice to relax by and had plenty if sun beds and umbrellas. Inside we enjoyed the kitchen and cooked a few meals, eating outside on the spacious patio. The airconditioning was good and even reached the double bedroom without it’s own unit. There were six of us sharing and the area was spacious and really nicely layed out with two bathrooms. The owner Kyriakos lives on site and often stopped to have a friendly chat. He had some great food recommendations and pointed us towards good beaches and places to visit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was as we hoped for. We enjoyed the use of a hire car for a few days, so we could explore a bit further afield.

If you want to be in the action of town than I would recommend it. Although it is only a 6minute car ride to town or 20 minute walk.

The villas are spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The pool is great, and the location is good being just a short 20min walk from Naoussa.
