Big rooms. Beautiful semi outdoor bathroom. lovely surroundings. Friendly staff. Great value. Perfect location as a base to explore Eastern and North Eastern Bali. 20 minutes away from the beautiful Taman Ujung and Tirta Gangga water Palace. If you do stay here, make sure you book a time at the spa, great value massage. Also look for "Pak Wayan" who will take you for a guided snorkelling tour. We were first timers and my 7 years old enjoyed it so much.

The Pool can be a little crowded and the beach is full of dead corals. Not really suitable for swimming. Also I can't seem to find good coffee around the area

We stayed for one night, one room was ok and we did like the open bathroom. The beds where comfortable.

The other room we had for our daugther was a strange smell inside and there was no possibility to air-out the room, closed bathroom.

So happy to return to Bali Santi, our favourite accommodation in Bali. The rooms are exceptional value for money and the views at the pool and restaurant area are picture perfect. While not in the main restaurant area a good walk or the use of one of the plentiful drivers make this our go to stay in Candidasa. Can't wait to return.

We Liked the small bungalows and the Atmosphere.

After cleaning up the Room i missed one of my t-shirts. No one Cares about it and tried to find it. I didnt get a „sorry“ or a compensation. This was really sad.

Brekky on the water with a beautiful view. Great location and a quite private and tranquil place. Easy walk to the main town but need transportation to go that bit further. Nice little shop out front to but cheap drinks/bintangs 😜must go to Vincent’s Restaurant, pricing ok by Aussie Standards, but service and fare was top notch 👍🍷

Bali Santi is on the beachfront and the view while you are eating in the dining room or lounging by the pool is always changing with the tides and weather

The pool is quite small and the breakfast choices small. the shower pressure and weirdly high up shower head made washing my hair difficult.

Infinity pool, direct beach access, very clean and well maintained, friendly staff, spa onsite

Not a busy area therefore dinner options outside of the hotel are limited

We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front unit with private plunge pool. Everything was spot on. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in restaurant each night. Highly recommend Bali santi bungalow.

My husband & I had an enjoyable stay at Bali Santi Bungalows. Our room & bed were big. We stayed in the Deluxe beach front room. The bathroom was also spacious. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the restaurant. It was well priced & good quality food. We had a great view of the Sea as it was the Beach front room. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel because of the lack of Vegan food. But breakfast was lovely. We did a Day tour with Monku their driver. It was a really wonderful day.

I found that communication with staff at Reception a little difficult at times but the other staff were fabulous. I thought that being Beach front we would be able to walk along the Beach but that wasn't possible unfortunately. The room is looking a little tired. A little revamp would make a big deal of difference. Because it's not possible to walk along the Beach we had to walk along the edge of the very busy main street. A little unnerving at times. Saying all the above things we still had a really enjoyable stay.

Bali Santi bungalows are extremely good value. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Villas feel private surrounded by lovely gardens. Bed and pillows were super comfy

Food was okay but wouldn’t encourage you to eat onsite. Water pressure in the shower was poor (which is not unusual in Bali)

- very quiet place, green territory, photos of rooms correspond to reality - spa (super massage ~10 USD/hour) - bike rent (~6 USD/day), new bikes - super friendly staff who can resolve all your issues upon request: transfers, tickets, early breakfast

- poor wi-fi connection, especially at night - restaurant has space for improvement in terms of food

No internet, people spoke zero English, pretty strange when there were all Australians there, I felt like they thought I was going to steal something, weird, other than that ok

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable.

I would like the menu be updated and improved. I ordered a Bali coffee and it was extremely watery with little coffee taste.

Location and family rooms. Driver (Indra) and snorkelling tour guides(Wayan & Norman) attached to the resort are amazing!

Villas are individually owned, so it’s pot luck on how well each is maintained. ours in particular had water leaking n 2nd room (no rain) and an odd bathroom set up where we needed to walk through shower area to access toilet. so after showers we walked through wet floor if we needed the toilet.

The bungalows are super beautiful and the view from the pool is amazing. Further, it was quite quiet there so it’s a great place to relax and calm down from Bali’s busier areas!

This hotel took my breathe away. Stunning rooms with the most comfortable beds. hotel grounds were beautiful. Staff were so lovely and friendly.

+ friendly staff, the garden, infinity pool, the bar, nice view from the bar.

Limited choice food in the restaurant, the restaurant furniture (chairs) is uncomfortable.
