the property is located on a main road but it's very easy to miss the entrance. It's an old property. externally it is not attractive at all as it looks rather old and dated. With previous experience staying in similar external appearance property in North Wales, it was a surprise to see the room looked cleaner and tidy, though it has a stuffy smell to it. Good value for the area.

We stayed there for a few nights. Though the room and beddings look clean, every night I got new bug bites around my ear and hairline, I've never had that before no matter how unclean the bed looks. There must be bed bugs on the pillow or the bed. The kitchen pots and pans can be a bit more organised and need replacing. The common room can be a bit tidier.

Easy check-in, clean and well equipped with with everything you need for a self catered stay. Room was small but comfortable with reliable WiFi.

Depending on direction of travel, a little hard to spot so keep your eyes peeled!

Location was good. Toilets were good and clean.

Kitchen was very crowded. Overall access to the facilities. You need to come out of the building to access the kitchen and the dining room.

The room was lovely and spacious and the beds were so comfy! We weren’t expecting this level of comfort and polished feel for the price - it really felt like a fancy hotel! The TV with Netflix and Disney was the cherry on top - loved watching Coool Runnings. Thanks guys :)

Possibly more stuff in the kitchen - washing up liquid empty.

We had a great stay and wished we had booked an extra night! Lovely welcome on arrival, made even better by the owners pets coming to say hello. Our room (2 single beds) was perfect size, enough room to spread our stuff out and still have room to move around. Grateful for the fan! Very close to 2 bathrooms which look fairly new, amazing showers and perfectly clean. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped, common/lounge room had lots of seating and also books and games. Overall was very quiet, on a 60mph road but barely heard any road noise. We used as a base for Snowden so only stayed 2 nights. would not hesitate to return when we next visit the area. Probably the best/cleanest hostel we’ve stayed in!

There was no tv in the room We was next to the door that everyone was in and out and was very loud. The kitchen was clean but the microwave was unusable as it was that dirty
