Poor breakfast. On the first day, there were only croissants for breakfast and we heard the waiter telling other people (who were asking for food) that foreigners woke up early and usually eat a lot… for the next days, the breakfast had additional ham and cheese, no vegetables though. Location. Unfortunately the location is in a dirty area, but staff made all their best to keep it clean inside. Noisy. Very bad experience on a Tuesday night as their restaurant outside and pool were rented for a private event. The music was very loud together with subwoofer and although there were double windows, it did not help at all. They kept the music loud and the entire party until 03:30 AM. I went 3 times to the reception and they always mentioned that the event will end at midnight. At 23:40 they offered to change the room, but I refused believing that they will end. Very bad experience and such a shame that they offer rooms when they are aware of private events. We booked 1 day before. Additional conditions are mentioned inside first message, although these are not presented on their description in booking.com

Very nice pool area.

Room was simple with broken door and not working fridge. The air-condition can’t be modified, you can only turn it on / off. Breakfast average, not very tasty.

Checking out 4 days early was the best part of the trip!

The only time I have paid extra to leave a hotel early. Street prostitutes within 500m. The hotel rents out its facilities as a side business but when they do, paying guests are told that the property (e.g. the restaurant or the pool) is inaccessible to them! Insane. Go and stay literally anywhere else - save yourself the trouble.

Clean, very nice room, comfortable bed, good food, outstanding service.

Not the property but about the location… What we didn’t expect was, going to Napoli by car, having to go through a prostitution zone. Perhaps was a google maps route thing and we didn’t ask for an alternative.

Excelent sound isolation. Despite of closeness to motorway, it is always quiet.

Nothing around hotel, you need car (we had one). Air condition can be controled only from reception. We reserved family room with 4 beds, but we were given 2 separate double rooms, since the hotel was full.
