Location is Heart of Kochi. Staff were friendly.

Wanted a repair for the door lock. Was not expected. But staff responded very fast.

The accommodation and food were all excellent. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. At the time of booking it was shown that there is a swimming pool in the facility but it was not shown that one has to pay Rs 300 to use the swimming pool. An additional charge of Rs 300 per person was levied for using the swimming pool. and the pool was also very good.

Location is really good

There is no proper communication, their listing says 2pm check out, reception says it is only upto 12.30pm. when questioned said they will come back on this but never came back( checked out only at 2pm). Breakfast is very poor.
