Great location, clean, staff friendly, shower etc working nice
It was a bit tired and the room was a bit stuffy but when weighed against the good points it isn't really much to combine about

As soon as we entered we were met by a lovely lady (Karen) nothing was a bother for her. Answered all queries I had, polite, and friendly. Even when leaving, her standards didn't slip and was still very friendly. The room was clean and made ready for us arriving.
Very limited street parking.

Nothing
Never stayed there . Checked in at 3 pm . Went up saw the room came back down to park the car . After walking about Blackpool and having a really good time headed back to the hotel. Headed up to room to find someone in it . Went down to reception to be told there was no other room. Eventually got a refund and headed back home for 3.5 hr journey

The location was perfect for us.
The dinning room was very modern and clean, the breakfast lovely and so was the staff.
The room was adequate, but looked a little tired, in need of a refurb, fresh towels daily, clean sheets on good beds
Disappointed the room was in the basement, that smelt damp and fusty period, the bar and function area was also in basement not been used for over a year, we was told, but room didn't smell, it had a small old dirty window, bang in front of the fire escape outside, with a single mattress thrown at bottom, I was awakened in early hours on first night, thought someone tripped or fallen on fire escape outside, followed by sounds of someone in distress or pain for a few minutes,, when I looked out, the mattress had been placed on the flat part above the first flight of steps and someone was asleep in a sleeping bag on fire escape., don't know how long they was there, but gone in morning, I did ask at reception next morning, they said they had, had problems with homeless people in area, the mattress stayed where it was, but they didn't return for the following 2 nights stay,

It was quite dirty and the room was very small. The window didn't close which was a nuisance as the surroundings were very loud at night...
3.1
The worst hotel I've ever been in.
When I arrived the room was not clean there where chips all over the floor.
The room was freezing cold because the heating was not running.
After the first night, i hang out the sign "please clean my room" and they didn't clean my room and it was still dirty. And the worst part was, when i came back to my room the sign was on my table and the light was on and the door was open! So everyone could enter.

Old, tired looking hotel. Needs TLC. Have been charged 3 times for the room, still trying to sort it out, staff did try.
Rooms were away from friend and I even though requested close together as 2 single females

The Location
The single room is tiny , extremely dated and in urgent need of renovation , the bathroom is very small and would be difficult to manoeuvre if you’re a large person , the creaking stairs and narrow corridors are like a rabbit warren , if you aren’t bothered about material things and just want a bed for the night this is the place for you
