Staff are pretty courteous. The room service is very prompt n helpful. The Chef has great culinary skills and all items made were pretty delectable... Guess the menu has scope for.a lot of improvements though. Rooms, toilets, linens were all pretty clean. Gym has limited equipements n mornings are literally occupied by their Korean Samsung guests who apparently have long term stays. Overall gives you a clean, friendly and a comfortable stay.

Slightly dated property. Need renovations. Staff were courteous n prompt, but had to literally explain everything from the kind of room I had booked to the meals I had booked to the no of persons i had booked for. They should hv known this as I had booked online, but apparently they didn't know anything except that I had booked something..... I had booked a pool view room but wasn't given one, apparently their city view is better or so they claim. Wasn't asked or given an option of type of room or floor. They should ask guests preferences before allotting a room. Room was supposedly upgraded, but I think that was only on paper as nothing felt upgraded. Dinner spread was ok but could hv been better. Their focus seems to be Samsung guests from Korea and there were many Korean dishes. Wish they did similarly for Indian dishes. Indian starters n main course lacked the punch. Getting a bread (naan) made at live counter took literally 20 minutes. Dessert was comparatively better. Breakfast spread again had lots of Korean punch. Rest of the spread had regular staple Indian items, nothing out of the world but it was ok. Bakery items were good. Live counter was ok. Some leftover dessert from previous night dinner also seemed to be laid out in breakfast as well but it was good. Pool is small but workable but pool area n furnitures are full of bird droppings n need some renovations badly.

House keeping did not clean the room. No towels were changed .

Especially from the reception Mr. Gaurav's interest and willingness to help was great. I thank him very much.

They do not leave you alone in the restaurant reception area.
