It has all the necessary things in it to enjoy your stay. The yard was great with a nice view. the bedding was white clean.

As we arrived we were at first positively tuned until we opened up the door and could take a glimps inside the house. It was dirty and more and more appeared to be broken. I actually had to clean the shower & the fridge by myself before using (we needed to get fresh) / putting food in the fridge (which is unfotunately neccessary pretty fast after a longer drive). We complained about the situation, the deskwoman checked in pretty fast & came one day later and cleaned the house with her crew. BUT: - the watertap in the upper bathroom was broken and wasn't replaced as asked / as told by the lady. One week no warm water there for my family - there were feathers, dead insects & hair in the bathtubs & on the floor - after flushing the toilet the water kept running in two of three bathrooms - some doorhandles were broken, our elderly people couldn't get out of the bathroom - one of the bathroom doors was damaged from someone kicking against it - the curtains in the livingroom were teared, holey and pretty dirty - there were no hassocks for the chairs outside - there was no sunshade outside (the sunshade holder was broken and didn't work) - the washing machine didn't work - the dryer didn't work either - the babybed was dirty, old & holey - the babybeds matress was absolutely dirty (our son was sleeping in our bed since night one) - the mirror in the bathroom downstairs was broken - toilet seats were damaged - Some of the kitchen drawers were quiet dirty - Cups and glasses were dirty - so was additional stuff in the kitchen - the floors were partly dirty So all in all this was not a pleasent situation within a Villapark called "Dreams". The deskwoman gave me back at least the 60€ for the cleaning and cleaned the house again but never replied to my other messages / the other problems. Even after sending a further messages to the owner nothing happend. No reply, no "we are sorry".

The area was great, it was close to a lot of Lipno’s turists atractions.

It wasnt clean at all. The toilets were mesy, there was mold in shower. Kitchen. I would recommend to get your own forks, knifes, spoons etc… we were there in 10 people and there was just 3 forks, 4knifes, 3spoons, 5 plates, 6 deep plates, 3 bolws etc. Fridge, we were staying there for 4 days (5 nights) and it wasnt cooling at all. Freezer? Nowhee to be found. Btw if you hurt yourself and break something cause you need to save the other person, you got even transcript from the doctor that you got hurt and you HAVE to pay for that broken thing, cause you were just trying to save some1s life… ridiculous. Overpayed, the host was mean… we even came a few hours after we broke the door, cause they got broken locker and we had friend locked in bathroom unconscious, so we were worried and broke the door so we could get there and help her. She went to the hospital, got strong pills on head cause she said that her head was spinning and hurting (she had bulge on her head). The host told us to pack our stuff and leave even tho we came and told them what happens, after one of my friends mentioned that his father is lawyer, their behavior changed and they started be caring about our hurted friend. Anyway, we still had to pay for those doors, cause they didnt took that transcript from the doctor, cause it was too late for that. I would recommend finding different spot or hotel to stay on Lipno.

The location was perfect, the size of the property as well for our needs, our son loved it through and through. Good thing there were two bathrooms / toilets in the house.

The house could have used some maintenance (light bulbs, fixtures, sockets, sofa covered with a blanket because of damaged upholstery) and proper cleaning (for which I assume each guest party pays explicitly extra just like we did) + it would have been cool to have at least one window per room covered with a bug net. Also the kitchen was missing some basic items, but we made do.

The staff was very friendly, I had everything I needed the place is beautiful and clean in a good location surrounded by a forest the bed was comfy (smooth)and the bathroom was excellent! No issues with the payment the price was good and I would visit again for sure.

I would be nice if the office hours would be regulated. The house was a little hard to find.

Natural beauty of Lipno nad Vltavou. Big space and cute house.

Distance from Lipno Dreams reception to ski lift is 550m and it is announced as 450m. From our house number 19, it was 750m away from ski lift. Sauna is not fully working and is deceiving possible clients (owners most probably know of this and keep the sauna heater not working to save utilities costs). Only one mode was working (max temperature reached at 50C), the worthy mode of 90C was out of order. Little to nothing was done to correct this during the day, only when refund was asked due to malfunction, local manager went to the house without any technician to solve the issue. Issue was reported day before local manager went to the house and a technician was promised the following day. Technician never came and local manager appeared in our house at night (whole day without solving anything, left us wondering what did local manager do whole day when issue was reported the day before and a technician was promised the next morning). Overall, the rental was disappointing because owners are applying a pig in a poke strategy and the house was dirty everywhere (hairs from other people in the pillows sheets? in bed sheets? sofa without one leg? pretty bad!!!). Proper management urgently required in this beautiful place.
