The accom was more than our expectations and perfect for our group

Great location for the fantastic beach and old town, some lovely restaurants nearby overlooking the beach- stunning views. Room had a nice sea view and a roomy, reasonably well equipped kitchenette/dining area. Rooms were clean and smelt nice. you collect the key from ‘Kim’s bar’. There’s a couple of mini markets nearby and a few cafe bars that do reasonably priced snacks and beer. No measures in Kim’s bar 😀
Nothing really, the road outside can get quite busy and the bar downstairs maybe a bit noisy for some folk when they have karaoke on Saturday evening, but hey, go join in the fun, you’re on holiday.

Location, spacy appartments, balcony, many windows
Windows are very noisy and was not easy to sleep during night because there was so huge noise from wind throw windows i have no idea why but that was so noisy. Also cleaning lady forget look our doors everytime so when we left in the morning and back at evening doors has been left unlocked everyday (except the day i left message "please look our doors when you finish) it means someone can come and steel your things while you enjoying your holiday.

Stayed here before and will again - location is ideal for old town, sea view from balcony 👍, bar downstairs.
Full size properly working fridge.
Mattress a bit hard but that’s personal opinion others could say it’s ideal.

In general our stay was good: the apartment was nice and the view was stunning.
In the morning there was a little too much sunlight. There were not so many kitchen tools, just the super essential ones. Also there were some stains on the bedsheets and blankets.

Don’t choose this place unless you want your holiday ruined!!!!
We had a problem with the booking and they were NOT WILLING TO HELP AND SOLVE our problem.
Our problem:
-had to options on booking for the same room (double room with extra bed):
•price for 4 people(higher one);
•price for 3 people(lower one);
-we chose the 4 people option and proceeded to payment.
-when we arrived we were told from the first seconds that our reservation is wrong and it seemed that there are not many things to do about it. It was for 2 people, they said.
-The lady was pissed off and eye rolling from the very fist.
-we panicked a little bit (we really wanted to have everything right with this holiday) because we were about to be kicked out of the reception from the first minute, without the understanding of our situation.
-we calmed ourselves and tried to calm them and explain what we booked, we tried to show them that the price that we payed is the one attributed to the 4 people room. We heard “This is your problem. You have to solve it with Booking. For us you reserved for 2.”
-their attitude was rude, unprofessional, quite aggressive, I started to cry seeing my holiday being ruined, knowing that if I cancel the reservation, most of the money will be lost.
-I tried to tell them to communicate with Booking and explain that it is a misunderstanding between their offer and what is on the Booking’s website, so they can cancel the reservation without charging me. They said that is my problem, not theirs.
-Seeing that we were about to write a “nice” review, they made an “effort of kindness” and decided to HELP us with a room. We only accepted it because we couldn’t afford to lose those money and time.
-another point: my sister was staying at other accommodation with her friends and she was coming sometime at our place before going out.

Clean towels, sea view, good location
Water draining from the ceiling on the toilet one nightthat we think it was then fixed, on the last night bad smells coming from the sewers, wind was whistling during the night due to the outdoors canvas fixed on the building wall, floor dirty as my child got black/dirty feet from be barefoot in the flat, missing important kitchen appliances, no mops, cloths or other things to clean

no swimming pool - I'm sure there was a pool in one of the photos that I saw.
Very hilly location - don't book this if your mobility is limited, although the girls in Kim's bar downstairs will phone a taxi for you
