Location Excellent. Most staff helpful.

Room servicing was poor, one day rooms were not serviced until we complained about it. We never had milk left for us to have drinks, apart from the day of arrival. When we ate in the hotel one night, we had to find someone to take our order about half an hour after we were seated. The person who took the order could not speak English and we had to point to what we wanted on the menu, she wrote it don from the men. When the food arrived some of it was wrong, we ate it but it was poor service and not enjoyable. Not value for money.

Friendly, helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available and the location was perfect for what we’d come to London for.

Towels weren’t the greatest and could do with being bigger to cater to all sizes.

Everything was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and professional. Parking was plentiful and clearly marked once in the garage. Location is perfect for Wembley arena and stadium, and is surrounded by shops and restaurants, but very quiet inside.

Entry to the parking could have been clearer on the website; the underground garage is marked with Novotel, but there is a large metal gate in front, and it isn't obvious from the road that there a call button to reception, so it looks like you need a code to enter. I parked elsewhere first then moved my car after I asked at reception. Also, there was a knock on the room door just after I checked in, and a man explained that he was there to update the hotel's WiFi and needed to come into the room; no one mentioned this was happening when I checked in, as far as I could see he had no uniform or ID, and I had no way of confirming who he was. He was polite and agreed to come back the following day after I checked out, but it was a bit uncomfortable. It would have been reassuring to know ahead of time. Neither are complaints per se, I still had a great stay, just would have made it perfect.

One of us enjoyed breakfast and staff helped with making fresh pancakes when the machine was out. One was disappointed there wasn't enough vegetarian/vegan options for cooked breakfast (only three veggie sausages left).

See above. More vegetarian and vegan options needed. Hotel room was dark. Doors on loo were strange and didn't close properly. Check in was not as advertised via booking.com.

Location was amazing, staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was super comfy and nicely sized and the shower was fantastic! Happy to return again :)

Found no faults and was happy. Breakfast price was a little high so went and found cheaper nearby.

Breakfast food quality was quite poor and also expensive. To pay 5£ to rent an umbrella? Thats a joke! And pay 10£ per hour to get an early checkin? First time i’ve seen this and it’s ridiculous, there is a room ready and you ask for more money? The ownership has a problem

Yahaea, Anya, Lim, and Sergio made me feel like I was at home. The rooms are large and it’s right at Wembley Stadium. The restaurant/bar was nice and reasonably priced!

Carpet needs a cleaning!

Couldn’t open window during the night because of youth noise outside. Surely Wembley security staff could deal with this?
