Very pleasantly surprised with my small but comfortable single room. Excellent value and situated an easy 15 minute walk from both train and bus stations. The beautiful historic centre a pleasant 15 minute stroll through the gardens so basically ticked all my boxes for visiting Caceres. Gracias!

Location was close to the historical center by foot. Staff was very helpful and nice. Free parking in the adjacent street. Comfy bed. Great shower pressure.

The room is not sound insulated. Small room.

Clean. Contemporary. Good mattress. Good value.

Loud noisy acoustic when people return to their rooms late at night.

Good value for money. Basic but clean room. Walking distance to the city centre. Amazing breakfast place (Zeri’s Coffee Roaster) close by. Good enough for 1-2 nights exploring the city.

The bed

Very old fashioned room. The pictures they show in booking.com the place seems to be more modern. My room and the place it self needs an update to make more modern according actual new looks patterns of bedrooms. This place I suppose opened in the 70s or so and never had any modernization. Any way was confortable even if my room was to small. Hardly had space to open my suitcase.

Very noise. We could hear the noise of pipes of the next door bedroom, and also in the morning people cleaning the bedrooms after around nine or before. As I was very tired wanted to sleep till check out time and could not in proper conditions as cleaning ladies were all the time talking and making other noises. This place needs a reform. But for my needs it was ok. TV had almost no chanel's to Watch...

Basic and clean room.

Thin wall. Someone mentioned it before that the bed sheets are too narrow. I agree that the sheet was ridiculous narrow and didn’t fit with the comforter. If you were not careful you basically sleeping directly under the comforter because part of it was not covered by the sheet. I suggest that the host sewing two narrow sheets into a wide one . The bathroom and shower space is too small. It is hard to move without your body touching the curtain or the wall. Also I think the price was a little too high.
