La situation de l'hôtel en front de mer. L'accueil plutôt sympathique avec un effort pour parler français. Zone piétonne en été avec parking à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct.

La salle de bains très petite et vieillotte . La déco de la chambre très spartiate. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Prix un peu élevé au regard du confort.

Great location on the beach front and easy walk from station. This is a value for money Pensione style accomodation. It doesn’t over promise and is the best beach front deal going. Rooms are adequate.

Hotel is on the beach. Good for relaxing holiday. Parking was not to hard to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a bit expensive for an old hotel, but comparable to other similar places nearby.

The location was great, my room was facing the sea, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I couldn’t use the hairdryer because the plug wasn’t right for the socket. I couldn’t open or close the curtain I had to hold the showerhead in my hand because there was not a shower holder on tge wall

The property is well located but structure need urgent renovation

Position

The location was perfect. Chiavari is a beautiful beachside town and this hotel was right on the beach.

Most hotels use the low season to do a little refreshment. Our room really needed it. There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the shower glass. Lots of chipped paint. There were absolutely no facilities. No kettle, tea, or even a hairdryer. Just one set of towels for TWO which we found shocking. And horrible synthetic bed covers which when the heating was turned off didn't keep us warm. We were very disappointed.

The location is very beautiful.

The room needs renovation.
