The property couldn't be more perfect. Loved the location as we were the only ones on the beach most days.

This is a great property and is exactly as show in VRBO. It is so cool to be right on the beach and be able to snorkel or kayak in your back yard. This is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever been in. From beach gear, snorkel equipment, kitchen set up, and even kitchen and toiletry items. When you sign up to rent the owners sends you an extensive list of all that is at the condo and it was very accurate. She also sends you a lot of details about the island that we found very helpful and used to plan our activities for the day. It was incredibly useful.
The only thing to consider is that it is much slower side of the island than seven mile. The beaches are not groomed the same way so there is a lot of sea grass on the beach. It is very natural and once we got used to it it did not bother us too much. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere most of the time but it is about 45min to an hour if you want to go to the west (seven mile area). We loved Rum Point and Kaibo Beach Club but other than that not much on the Northeast side. You also need to stock up on groceries on your way in because it is about a 20-25 min drive to nearest decent grocery store.
Overall amazing condo and very neat right on the beach. If you looking for a quiet relaxing location this is definitely your spot. And the owners could not be better to work with! Loved our stay!

This lovely home is everything advertised, and more. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay and made so many happy memories. The kitchen is well furnished, the home was spotless and the information the hosts provided about the area was very helpful in making our trip even better. On several occasions we were the only people on the beach. If you like a quiet, peaceful vibe, this is the place for you.

Five of us including my 86 year-old mother just came back from a week vacation at Chris’s lovely house. The house is located in very quiet neighborhood, very clean, with everything we needed. But most importantly, it’s at the best location for people like us who love snorkeling. We have checked out the west side ( 7 mile beach) and the east side, and find the best snorkeling area is indeed at our backyard. Even better than the coral garden, because the water is shallower here and the fishes are closer, so many different types, including star fish, conch, all right here. The waves are gentle most of the days. Only one day when the wind was 20 mph, we went to the 7 mile beach ( cemetery beach) where the wave was much bigger, could not even go in the water without being flipped. As we came back to the house, we went right in the water and enjoyed the beautiful fish and swim. There were no mosquitoes during the day. And we didn’t stay outside past the evening as it is much more comfortable staying inside with AC. We went in the water at least 2 times every day and hade the most relaxed and enchanted vacation. The sting ray charter we went per the direction of Chris was also fantastic. My mother was acting like a 5 year-old. Highly recommend this house.

This was our very long overdue second visit to this property. We first visited in April 2017 (please see our first review) and were blown away by the attention to detail, cleanliness, LOCATION, fabulous snorkeling, and incredible thoroughness of our host, Chris, in thinking of everything (and more) that one might wish to have while vacationing. We planned to come back the following year, but a close friend's daughter's wedding . We finally made it back this year and the villa is even better. If you are an avid snorkeler, you cannot beat the location - it's like having your own private aquarium to snorkel in just steps from your door. But the care that Chris has taken with their house is even better. Everything is in top notch shape, the furniture is so comfortable, the decor is incredible, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. It has everything you need and not just cast offs - a complete (more complete set than I have myself) of dishes (for 12 I think), glasses of all kinds galore, mixing bowls, casseroles, complete set of pots and pans, nice knives, etc., etc., etc. And everything is well organized (lots of labels!) and all is so clean. Really, if you are looking at this place, don't hesitate!! Rent it now! You won't be sorry. Oh, I forgot, there are also lots of fins and snorkels, and a kayak! Can't wait to be back!!!

We had a great time staying on the north side of the island. The house was just as described. Plenty of space, very clean, all the amenities you could need. The kayak was a great feature that we enjoyed using a lot. Lots of great snorkeling just a few feet in front of the condo. My family enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and had a few extra things like condiments and spices. Overall it’s a great location on a very private feeling beach. Rum point with all of its amenities and beautiful sunsets is only a 5 min drive away. My family had a very relaxing trip and would definitely book here again.

What a perfect stay!!! This unit has everything you need for a great week!!! Well stocked home with lots of condiments and kitchen items. Plenty of beach lounges, snorkel gear, etc. the owner is very neat and organized! There is a place for everything! I am picky about cleanliness and this place was w exceptionally clean! Small private beach area with access to the best snorkeling on the island!!! Just walk into the water! We enjoyed fishing for conch and Eating it and buying fresh fish from the fishermen from the dock. Really I can’t say enough about this place! I would definitely want to come back here!

Absolutely beautiful property! On the Northside it is nice and quiet and having the beach to yourself is wonderful. The villa is equipped with everything you may need except food, LOL. The snorkeling directly in front of the Villa is wonderful - we snorkeled every day we were able to. We did several activities this week including renting a Catamaran, going to the Turtle center, Botanical Gardens and other things. The Over the Edge restaurant just down the road has wonderful food and having a small grocery store close by was so convenient.
When we traveled to Rum Point we noticed how the villa's got closer and closer to each other. During our stay we only saw people staying in the other 5 Villa's.
There is no way to explain how beautiful the area was - we would have loved a second week to keep enjoying the beautiful snorkeling.
Only negative is the mosquitos - they were plentiful but nothing bug spray didn't fix.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Woke up to the breath taking view. The villa was very well stocked and decorated beautifully. The information provided by owners was very helpful and loved the pay it forward policy because there were lots of items we could use and we left a lot, loved not wasting stuff.

This property is exactly as listed and was perfect for our family! Kids loved snorkeling and kayaking out the back door. Recommend Over The Edge restaurant-1 mile from the property. We made the mistake of not trying it until our last day and wished we would have tried it sooner! The property is a ways from the hot spots and grocery so a little planning there is recommended. But owner is wonderful to work with and made our first trip there amazing!

This property met all our expectations and made our week in such a special place very exceptional. The house is in a great location for snorkeling and quiet beaches, lots of times being completely deserted. The accommodations were very comfortable, everything was clean, and it was stocked with all beach needs. The landscape maintenance worker even got fresh coconuts out of the trees for our teens. Thanks for all the attention to the details!

We really enjoyed our time at Azure breeze. I think the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was one of the nicest and well stocked places we have ever stayed. All the beach gear was so nice and lots of towels.
The hosts send you everything you need to know! I enjoyed the snorkeling right off the beach and saw so much sea life. It was not as crowded so was easy to take my kids snorkeling (7,5,4,4) without fear of boats or lots of people.

Beautiful location!
We had a wonderful week at Azure Breeze #3! The north side of the island is the perfect place to get away from it all. The house is just as advertised, well appointed, and is just steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking right out of the front door! Chris was very helpful and sent us all of the info. we needed for a relaxing stay. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Azure villas. Christine was wonderful to work with before we went to Grand Cayman. She answered our questions and had many helpful tips. The Villa was fully stocked with everything we needed and was clean and ready for use. The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful views from the Villa. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back!

Amazing getaway!
Azure Breeze “C” is truly a gem. The pictures of the property and home are accurate and and the home was very clean. The snorkeling is amazing and what a bonus we didn’t have to drive to another location to do so!
The owner (Chris) was wonderful to correspond with and sent a ton of great information many months before our trip which allowed us to better plan our excursions and car rental. And anytime we had questions she always responded promptly.
There is a cluster of 5 homes at Azure Breeze (this was house unit C) and we wondered if we would feel enough privacy but we loved it. There is vegetation and hedges that separate each house and there’s always a light breeze that drowns out other conversations taking place next door. We would definitely stay here again! Our 3 year old loved playing in the ocean and on the beach.
The north side of the island provides a quieter slower pace vacation experience which was perfect for us. We eat at Tukkas three times because everything on the menu is amazing! Ask for Alvin as your server, he is wonderful and goes above and beyond for customers. We also visited the Atlantis submarine, dolphin discovery, turtle farm, and the botanical gardens. And we loved that Starfish Point was just 10 minutes down the road, in addition to Rum Point for dinner.
Anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile beach will not be disappointed in this unit. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and living room were spectacular. And the garden area outside the house was beautiful. The minute our three year old saw it she said, “Mom this is just like the Garden God made for Adam and Eve”. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us, we had an amazing getaway here!

Everything We Needed!
We had a wonderful stay at Azure Breeze! The unit was very well supplied, inside and out, from spices and utensils in the kitchen to snorkel gear and kayaks for the beach. We really enjoyed staying in North Side a little off the beaten path. We really appreciated the quiet location and comfortable unit- a great home base from which to explore the island!

This is the best VRBO rental we ever experienced.
The property was immaculate like 5 Star hotel, and everything you need is there. The frig had most groceries, plenty of ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, charcoal and everything was easy to find. The view is as beautiful as shown, with the ocean is at your doorstep. In July the water is. a little warm and weedy on some days, but there are so many beaches you can go to and free parking everywhere. We had fun fishing and were catching grunt, squirrelfish and to the right were so many conch. Wish I had started with the Kayak as got scratched up on the reef due to strong current and my fault being an adventurist trying to experience the true beauty of Caymans. The parrtofish gave me a great fight, but released as felt guilty hooking a big blue fish with small mouth. The nearby Over The Edge restaurant has great food and pricing. We had brief thunderstorms which gave an amazing electric show, and the Tortuga Divers dock is a great place to see Tarpon & Bermuda Chub and to dive with. The week went by so quick, and the place felt like our home for that time, we did not want to leave.

Amazing Vacation and Customer Care!
The condo is clean, beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, and right on the beach. The "backyard" snorkeling truly is some of the best on the island. It is located in a very peaceful spot and you can sit in the living room or in the beach chairs outside and stare at the gorgeous water for hours - or get in it! The owner was outstanding! From the moment of booking the condo, I was supplied with information about the condo, things to do on the island, restaurants, rental cars, medical care - in other words, everything a person might need to know. The owner's resources, organization, and thoughtfulness were major contributions to the amazing vacation we had. If I return to Grand Cayman, I wouldn't think of staying at any other place due to the beauty of the location, the well-stocked and beautiful condo, and the amazing customer care I received from the owner. I cannot recommend this property and the owner highly enough!

Paradise Adventure
First I want to thank the Hartzell’s for allowing us the privilege to stay in their home in the Cayman Islands. I say home because it felt very much like if we were visiting their home and staying with friends.
Getting up in the morning and seeing that beautiful ocean view was incredible, but what I enjoyed the most is waking up early and taking a swim while snorkeling all around the area. I was able to see a beautiful lion fish, a huge lobster, a moray eel, some beautiful squid fish and of course countless of beautiful fish that were all within 200 yards from the condo. Of course, we did do the sting ray adventure, horseback riding in the ocean and I even took my son scuba diving. Everything about the Cayman Islands is truly remarkable.
We cannot thank the Hartzell’s enough for their courtesies and all of the information that they packed into that white binder and the emails that they sent us to keep us informed. . Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!!
I would highly recommend this peace of paradise to everyone. I know that when I make my way to Cayman again, they will be my first contact to stay.

Tranquility
The property is every bit as perfect as it seems! The views were amazing. I could have easily sat on the couch and just stared at the amazing water all day... but I didn’t have to because I got the same stunning view from the upstairs balcony while drinking morning coffee, from lounger laying in the sun, and back porch having a glass of wine. Soon all my stress melted away! Location was perfect! Beach to ourselves and 7 miles to rum point area. Plenty of good restaurants within 10 min. Also easy 30 min drive to seven mile area. Chris was super informative, easy to work with and went the extra mile to be sure we had we needed for our stay. House very clean and well equipped. We were so glad we chose this vrbo.

Azure Breeze Family Restful Paradise
Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well appointed condo with a spectacular view in a quiet location. We snorkeled right out the back door daily, kayaked, read, played games and cooked. Rum Point is right nearby for diversion but honestly we were happiest hanging out at home. Thanks for a great vacation! It is just what the doctor ordered.
