Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Bettdecken und Kissen. Sie müssen jedoch Ihre eigene Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge und Handtücher mitbringen. Es gibt zwei Queensize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten.
Die Lounge verfügt über einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player mit einigen kostenlosen Filmen und eine Klimaanlage mit Rückwärtsgang.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch einen Grill im äußeren Unterhaltungsbereich, der komplett moosesicher ist und 2 Sofas, Tisch und Stühle und einen Fernseher hat. Im hinteren Schuppen befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte.
Kleine bis mittelgroße Haustiere sind erlaubt, jedoch nicht im Haus. Der hintere Bereich ist komplett eingezäunt und der Unterhaltungsbereich ist ideal, damit Haustiere schlafen können.

My family and I recently had the most wonderful and relaxing getaway at Marion Bay staying in the delightful Marion Bay Beach Cottage! The cottage had everything we needed or could have wanted (the table tennis and dart board was a huge hit with the kids!) and the home was a great springboard for exploring the stunning Dhilba Guuranda - Innes National Park and the Southern Yorke Peninsula. The cottage presentation was exceptional and communication with the owner was impeccable throughout - we definitely plan to return for another stay in the near future 😀 Highly recommended!

Amazing place amazing beach shack neat and tidy with everything you need! Can not wait to go back! 2 min walk to the beach 5 to the jetty. Honestly don’t want to leave a review because I want to keep it a secret ❤️ a lot of love has gone into this shack it’s inspired me to get one for my family but until then I’m booking again!! 😊

An old property which clearly needs some maintenance and TLC.
Had several issues I raised with the host . Eg bathroom light didnt work. Key box to get in pretty dodgy, locks on toilet door stuck closed, so had to climb in

Fabulous two weeks had by us and our two dogs. The beach access is perfect for walking and lead free for dogs. Absolutely loved the National Park. The Tavern and jetty a very easy walk. The cottage is roomy and we were well catered for. Would happily stay again. Thank you for a terrific holiday!

Beds were great the kitchen well equipped and the lounge was comfy. The air cond kept us warm and the table tennis in the shed was a hit. Very short walk to the beach where the grandkids searched for shells and other treasures. No mains water but that was not a problem. We loved it. The overheard conversation on the last day. Boy (5) 'This was a lovely holiday house' Girl(8) 'Yes, we should come again" Boy: 'Yes and for FIVE days next time"

Very comfortable, tasteful & spacious cottage for our group of four. Many day trips from there. Tavern really special place to enjoy a meal & very friendly service. Cabin could do with a clothes surer & ironing board because of misty weather. Pauline E

Clean and tidy, area for our dog was great with good lock up outside area, weather was atrocious but there were plenty of games and books and also very good 4G phone coverage.

This property was great. Ideally suited for families and very centrally located. It was a short walk to the tavern and the beach is just across the road. It is a great base for exploring the fabulous Innes National Park.

Great location across from the beach. Well laid out with plenty of space to relax. Great enclosed outdoor area with BBQ and 2nd TV.

It had everything we needed. We were given the option to stay another night as there was a power outage and so we left in the afternoon before going back home (we did not stay another night). It was nice having a later checkout and not having to rush.

While the property is an older place, it is ideally located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The queen beds were very comfortable, though the single bed was not as comfy for an adult. Kitchen was well appointed and we liked the enclosed undercover area out the back, despite the weather not being the best for using it in the middle of winter.

I found that the property smelt like dog when we arrived inside the lounge room. A washing machine would have been very convenient with having 3 children under 12. We as a family found the shack close to the beach and awesome, friendly people and nice and cosy and we loved our stay 👍

The Marion Bay Beach Cottage was everything we could ask for in a holiday rental, it was spacious, comfortable, clean, convenient to the local services and adjacent to the beach. The cottage had a large screened outdoor living area which was perfect for socializing and also served as an 'art studio' for my watercolour activity. We were totally satisfied and found the price to be very reasonable in comparison other holiday cottages, apts, and cabins we have used. We also appreciated being so close to the National Park that we could slip in for some twilght wildlife viewing or have a picnic meal with a stunning view.

It was very comfortable and with plenty of room. The outside room was a pleasant surprise and was great to be able to sit outside comfortably without the worries of flys and mosquitoes. We loved being able to just cross the road and sit at the table overlooking the beach watching the very calm water and pelicans.

Carpeting needed cleaning - lots of stains. Oven was dirty.BBQ was old and unstable. Outside screened room flooded due to a bad storm. The property was pet friendly but unfortunately dog owners had not picked up after their pets and the back garden was impossible to use and enjoy.Apart from the above the cottage was cosy and a comforting relief from unseasonable weather.

Stayed with my daughter and our pup. Outdoor area was perfect for us to all spend time together and secure for when we had to leave the pooch behind to visit the national parks. The place was clean and there was plenty of room. Great set up.

This was our third time staying at this property. Really well set up inside and out. Perfect holiday home for our family of 6 and our dog was welcome and well catered for with great fencing and space for her. We will be back for sure
