Perfectly kept and clean apartment, everything was just as described on page. The owner was very kind, he made sure to provide us with all necessary information on the island and booked a tour for the volcano. We got some snacks for the welcome which were refilled later too! The apartment is located close to restaurants, bakeries and bus station. I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in Fira.

Wonderful place, spotless spacious rooms, 10 minutes walk from Fira. Kosmas is so warm and welcoming and full of great advice on best places to see/eat in Santorini. Cannot fault this place.

This was probably the best hotel I ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable, had a generous size, and was the cleanest I have ever seen. The host, Kosmas, is a very nice and friendly person, who really likes to make the best out of your vacation. He is always there to provide useful tips what to explore/visit/do. Every morning he asked us for our plans and made suggestions how to improve the plans, e.g., when wind came from north he would say that the beach picked by us is probably windy and suggested another one. The hotel is run by Kosmas and his wife and you really feel that they love doing it. This was by far the best accomodation I have ever enjoyed and I highly recommend going there! Furthermore, Kosmas asked in advance if he should arrange a transport from the airport to the hotel for us. I told him that we would like to rent a car for the week and therefore will arrive with that. He checked prices with a local car rental company and forwarded the offer to us, which was a far better deal than everything I found in the internet.

Great location!the host is the most amazing human being .He waited for me by the roadside and was so happy to see me .I felt so honored to receive such a welcome .My room was spacious and spotlessly clean.The owner took good care of me and I love that they have snacks on the house and drinks! Anyway I could go on and on this place is the best and the host is the most gracious,kindest human being …I will be going back and am staying in Niovi again! The place is quiet and comfortable and super clean.

The appartment was great and well located. We especially appreciated the kindness of Kosmas who gave us lots of useful information and was an excellent host during our stay in Fira. I would recommend this establishment to anyone willing to discover Santorini Island.

Fabulous accomodation, everything so modern and contemporary. Beds very comfortable, so were the pillows, air con, gorgeous rain shower and normal shower. Fluffy towels. We were greeted by the owner who was so so friendly and helpful and accommodating. We had a basket of foods left in our room with tea breads etc very thoughtful The owner gave us two maps recommended where to go. Always there with a friendly smile asking how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here spotless clean accomodation very modern a really high standard for such a reasonable price. The owner even organised car hire to be brought to our accomodation. 7 minutes walk into the town of fira but lovely coffee shops and things along the way. These people even have security dogs around and the gardens are well maintained with benches and a swing. You will be well looked after here!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kosmas and his wife were so friendly and helpful. All their recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. The location is also great: close to the main bus stop, but away from the busy areas. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment with big bedroom, small kitchen and nice bathroom. All was spotless. The owner Kosmas is very friendly and helpful, he told us how to visit the island on the best way.

We absolutely loved how welcoming and reliable Kosmas and his family are. They totally made the difference above all. They have locals tips, that we didn't realize we needed and they transmit the love for the island too. Apart from that, the room was spacious, great mattress, it's fully equipped and had comfy home vibes, it had more than we needed for 3 days. All clean and modern, all worked in perfect condition: shower, air conditioning. We had a supplies for breakfast renewed every morning and the location was perfect since it's 5 minutes walking from Thira center. We were first timers in Santorini and this kind of experience was the best for us to choose where to go every day.

Clean and very nice owner, walking distance to the bus station in Fira and free parking !

Super clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and a great location. It was just an easy walk to the central bus station. Cosmos is very caring, kind and helpful. He made useful suggestions to help make best of our visit to Santorini. He followed up when there were delays to make sure we caught our bus. I would highly recommend Niovi Studios to anyone visiting Fira.
