This condo is beautiful and cozy. We spent a lot of time inside this time because of a tropical storm and we made the best of it. The host, Michelle is the best!

Great communication with owners. Resort is very nice. Nice pool and beach access. Super clean a tastefully decorated. Close to Garden City Pier. Would suggest renting a golf cart to get around and leave your vehicle parked in the parking garage at the resort. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean and pretty condo with a perfect location and view!! Nice vacation week for us. We enjoyed the bar on the property too. Great food and fun place. The only concern we had was the bed. Very noisy whenever my husband had to get up during the night. I got woke up every time. The bed/mattress is the only thing I’d change there. Everything else was perfect for us! Thank you!!

My wife and I came in to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We have been coming to the area since our first visit which was for our 10th. This was our first stay by ourselves since being here 20 years ago. Through the years we have brought our children as well as friends and stayed in houses on the beach. It was truly nice to be just us again and we found the rental to be just right for us. We appreciated the cleanliness and decor as well as the location to be great!

Superbly clean condo on the beach with a great view and balcony. Easy in and out with a secure covered garage right at the property. Well maintained, all amenities provided, nice comfortable bed. Great communications with hostess if any problems arise which didn't happen. Overall wonderful experience, Highly recommended.

This was our second stay for this property. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The owner has supplies there for you to use (shampoos conditioners, body wash, lotion, dish & laundry detergent, coffee pods and some other things). The living furniture and bed were comfortable. Great view of the ocean and sunrise. We even saw dolphins the one afternoon when we were sitting on the balcony. There's also a nice little bar/restaurant on the ground floor with a good atmosphere. This property was definitely worth the stay as this was our second time back.

This is our second time staying at this condo and we love how the host has updated it with beautiful wall hangings and plants. The host, Michelle Summers is awesome and left us a couple of cold water bottles and 4 Truly hard seltzers upon arrival. The condo is very clean and the view of the ocean is spectacular!

This amazing place is everything that you see in the pictures. It is clean, smells so good, and plenty of room. The balcony and view is great. Michelle contacts you back asap if you have a problem or need anything. This was our first time staying there and it will definitely not be our last. First off this property has an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The place was very well kept and clean. The check in and check out processes were the easiest I have ever had when renting a place. I will definitely be renting this place again in the future.

The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are priceless! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway. I’m picky about beds and the mattress was very comfortable. Michelle was a wonderful host and promptly replied to all my questions. Couldn’t have been better!

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. Check in was very easy and simple. Instructions provided for the keyless entry was very much appreciated. Communication with Michelle was easy and she always responded almost immediately.
The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bar height Adirondack furniture on the balcony. This condo has the BEST sliding door of any beach condo we have ever visited. Stay here and I'm sure you will agree.
One final note, we have stayed in this complex before and the worst part of the stay were the elevators or the lack of them working. We were so happy to find that ALL three were not only operational but quick to show up.

The view was terrific and we enjoyed the week. The only wish is that there had been some instructions for operating the televisions. Just a one pager would have been helpful. While my wife and I are capable of earning advanced degrees, we needed a 16 year old to work the remotes.

The condo was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced as it was most uncomfortable. Kitchen does not have good cookware, the skillets were warped, but usable. We had to purchase a small muffin pan so we could do muffins one morning.

Nice to not worry about towels, linens and basic needs such as dish detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. every condo in this resort is ocean front. Lovely pool and hot tub and we enjoy the snack bar at the resort for a quick bite or Bloody Mary to take on the beach. Highly recommend booking for a wonderful stay

Wow! What a wonderful week we had. This condo was one of the cleanest we've stayed in. So cozy and well decorate, we felt at home right away. The view from this 3rd floor balcony was spectacular! The pictures of the condo are very acurrate. Sometimes its the little things and Michelle seems to have thought of them all...the binoculars, the drinks in the fridge, the general supplies, and the response to our questions was almost immediate. It was everything the owners promised. Kudos to them! We would definitely stay again.
