Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen sind, suchen Sie nicht weiter. Diese Immobilie mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern wurde im Inneren komplett renoviert. Das Haus befindet sich im schönen Port St. Joe, zwei Blocks von der Bucht entfernt, mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Sie können in die Innenstadt laufen und wunderbare Restaurants wie Peppers, Three Sisters oder Sand Dollar Café genießen. Sie sind eine 5-minütige Fahrt nach St. Joe Beach oder 10 Minuten nach Mexico Beach mit wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden.
Der große Garten ist teilweise eingezäunt und bietet eine Terrasse, auf der Sie an warmen Sommerabenden entspannen können. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4 Autos oder ein Boot und 1-2 Autos. Sie sind nur 2-3 Häuserblocks vom Frank Pate Park entfernt, in dem sich eine 4-fach Bootsstartanlage befindet. Dies ist eine ruhige Gegend mit schnellem Zugang zur Innenstadt und auch eine 20-minütige Fahrt zum Kap San Blas. Das Kap ist Teil einer Halbinsel, die St. Joseph Bay vom Golf von Mexiko trennt und einen Besuch wert ist.

This amazing home is central to everything you could ever want in a beach vacation home. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants…and easy drives to the sands. Paqq
Home has comfortable beds and fresh clean towels, Big showers, and well stocked kitchen.
The host is very responsive. We didn’t have any problems during our stay.

The house was great! Had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We kept the boat at the marina and the water was a short walk down the road. Easy to walk to everything. We used the boat to go to the beach so we had no issues. We will stay here again.

This is great location most restaurants in walking distance ,beaches 10 min drive pretty much in the heart of Port St.Joe.The house is beautiful and well kept up.I stay at alot VRBO's this one ranks a 10 out of 10 for me .Only problem was next door neighbors dog woke me up both morning I stayed therebut that is out of owners control.

The property was good, clean, neat and roomy. Not sure why but ran out of hot water in a hurry.
My only problem was with the use of the TV. I know if all I wanted was a TV I could have stayed at home.
But this was UGA's first game of the season and there was no way I could find to watch it. There were no directions on how to use the media.
All you could watch was old movies and cartoons, or try and find a bar that had seats available. LOL

House was very clean and well kept when we arrived. In a perfect location and short drive to all the restaurants Port St Joe has the offer and the beach. Donna was so easy to communicate with and answered any question almost instantly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We love visiting the Forgotten Coast but as it’s become less and less forgotten, it can be difficult to find a really great place to stay that everyone (2 adults, a teen boy, and a under 10 girl) loves but this home fit the bill! It’s laid out so well and is spacious without feeling oversized. Close to everything, the location is perfect and the parking was ample. The decor is simple and tasteful and very comfortable. The beds were comfy, the towels fluffy, and the master shower is huge!! The owners were very responsive when a simple issue arose and had it resolved almost immediately. We will definitely stay again! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Quaint Cottage. We’ve rented numerous properties through VRBO, and this one is our favorite. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, and it’s close to everything. You won’t be disappointed.

This was our first stay in Port St. Joe. Easy area to drive around in. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable , clean and well stocked for cooking if you so desire. One of the best homes we ever rented. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a short walk to the Reid St. area. The cottage is close to everything in downtown PSJ, a quick 5 minute drive to Presnell’s Marina. The back patio was our favorite hang out with our family. The master shower is fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked. This place had everything we needed. We will book again if we ever get the chance!

Last trip to the beach this past weekend with the family. My girlfriend and I found the place to be exceptionally clean and well spaced. The outside screened back porch is a nice spot to just sit outside and talk. Everything worked properly. The master shower was quite big. The kids enjoyed the big open spaces and their rooms. Close enough to the beach and stores to keep your priorities in order (being on the beach lol!) We had a wonderful time so much so I’ve been thanked twice for finding this listing by my girlfriend lol! Go enjoy this place and the beach when you can.

My family has visited Port St. Joe several times. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. We normally clean when we arrive but didn’t have to thanks to the fabulous owners. The owners had everything you could ever need during your stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Enjoyed the short walk to the bay. Thank you so much! We will definitely stay again if available. The property has a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It made it very uncomfortable to be in. When we got home we had to rewash all of our (even clean) laundry and air out our luggage to try to get rid of the cigarette odor that had soaked into everything.

Perfect Getaway!
Our trip was amazing! We were able to come and go with ease and the neighborhood was quaint and well kept. Everything that we needed was in the home and it was easy to find what we needed. The home was clean and I have absolutely no complaints! I LOVE the shower and how roomy it is! Very luxurious! We will definitely book this home again.
