You can stay here regardless of people. There are two bunk beds. I stayed with two people, but I was able to rent one room. It is convenient because there is a large spa called Rinku no Yu at one station by train.

the location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from a station that's also very near the airport! the room was quiet and spacious, and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. the host also responded very quickly to our questions. there was a supermarket and a convenience store nearby too, as well as a few places to dine out!

i feel like the check-in process wasn't explained or accented enough, so we almost completely forgot to check in on the tablet at the entrance. same goes for check-out. the beds were slightly hard, but we didn't mind since we were tired enough to fall asleep immediately. the air conditioner took a while to heat up the room, but once it did it was very warm!! the door to the room was also a bit loud upon opening, but i think it makes up for the fact we couldn't hear people talking from the room next door at all.

Convenient for transit stay arriving late or leaving early. Value for money.

The beds are really big and the room is very clean and spacious! The kitchen/bathroom facilities are good too!

I like the ambiance of the apartment. We rent the 2 rooms on the first floor and feels like we are just at home. Good for the ones who have an early flights to KIX.

it's near izumisano station. good for people who need to reach Kansai Airport early morning. it's self check in wihtout staff but the explanation from their email is clear enough so I can do it smoothly.
