The spacious garden, relaxing to sit in and hear the birds - and safe for children. And generally the spaciousness of the property.
The proximity to the steam train - a highlight for the toddler in our party (and therefore for all of us!)
There was a damp/musty smell coming from the wardrobes in the bedroom at the end of the corridor - which disturbed my sleep somewhat. We understood the property was within walking distance to Broadway - perhaps that was our misinterpreting the information beforehand, but as we are walkers we were a little disappointed that it wasn't walkable, except by busy main road.

The property and garden were spacious and good for entertaining. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There was good electrical appliances in the kitchen except it really needed more refrigeration capacity. The wifi worked well and there was good phone contact. The garden was well established and nicely maintained. The bedding was of a good quality and the pillows were plump and comfortable. The showers were strong and hot.
On the whole the property was clean and well maintained although it was dated. The cost for renting the property reflects the property facilities.
The property was cold on arrival and took a long time to get warm. We went out and bought some logs as none were provided for the log burner. The kitchen was in need of refurbishment and felt a bit grubby although it seemed clean. The property could do with an additional fridge as one small fridge is insufficient for a party of 8 for a weekend. I felt that using a lighter to light the gas hob was unsafe and the gas hob was awkward to use.
The beds in the twin bedded room were very soft and uncomfortable.
The fourth bedroom located between the kitchen and the lounge had the boiler in it and when the boiler was on it was very noisy and disturbed the occupants sleep.

Bathrooms had mould and lots of flys and mosquitoes which would be nice if you knew

Fabulous location and garden. A little far from the town to walk but it was a lovely spot and property to stay in.
A family get together to celebrate a special birthday. Everyone loved the place and our 4 year old's reaction when she saw the garden was an emphatic "WOW".
Very roomy though as the weather was fantastic, we spent almost the whole time outside.
Kitchen was a little tired and the small step from it down to the hall a little tricky

There is great space in this property , especially the kitchen, conservatory and lounge. There is a lovely private garden south-facing garden. It's perfect for a couple of families or friends getting together.

Comfortable, very well equipped and in beautiful grounds. I could live in this property.
Appreciated the milk and wine in the fridge too.

Beautiful home, set in a wonderful part of the Cotswold. The stunning town of Broadway is just a short walk away. The house is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for a large party (we had 6 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog) We where particularly impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was; lots of glassware, cookware, cutlery and misc kitchen tools and utensils, gas hobs, microwave, fridge, large freezer and dishwasher, absolutely everything needed to be self sufficient and a lot more besides. A gate at the bottom of the garden takes you straight out onto a farm and from there into the fields (our dog was a particular fan of this) . The host Nick was a pleasure to speak with when we needed him.

The property was very spacious and has excellent outdoor space. The beds where extremely comfortable and everyone in our party loved there stay. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the property was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again next time we are working in the area.
The only slight negative was the Limited outside lighting but this wasn’t really an issue as the outdoor space is so secure we knew the dogs could get out even in the dark.

Nice quiet location,but within easy 5 mins car ride to amenities. Very nice complimentary items.
