Location and facilities were good.

One of the windows is broken which means that it doesn't shut. There was not only a draught but rain went all over the window sill and it was loud all night, every night due to strong winds outside. There were a few windows missing handles. The instructions for taking the bin out didn't make sense. Black bins every 3 weeks but no idea which dates. It was evident that the property hadn't been cleaned for a long time as when we opened the door we were greeted with lots of letters, magazines and menus that had been posted and not collected or tidied. There were 2 bathrooms but only one person could shower at a time as the water pressure dropped massively.

This was a self-catering house. We booked it because of the location, which was great.

Just that a washing up bowl would have been useful. There was only one sink and no dish washer (which is fine) so washing up water had constantly to be emptied so we could use the sink.
