There was no breakfast even tho it’s a b n b and for a family room was only one bath towl and one hand towl and when asked we were told that’s all they put in but. We were given extra towl and hand towl when mentioned the fact there’s no breakfast for the price we paid for 2 nights was shocking I don’t understand why it’s classes as bed and breakfast when no breakfast

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on for as long as I can remember. Discount offered at local restaurant for guests staying here. Polite and courteous staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure a happy stay.

Loo is attached to a macerator which is noisy.

Courteous friendly hosts. We had a very pleasant stay in this location. The room was very neat and clean. The hosts also run a Greek restaurant around the corner with excellent food. We will be happy to come back again.

Strong food smell, i have been asked to pay £5 for parking if I wanted to use it. I think it’s a bit too much, this should be included in the price of the room for that night.

It was exactly what we expected and wanted

Sam was an amazing host! So pleasant put us really at ease as we had recently had a bad experience in a previous one in the local area. We checked in earlier then the actual time but she didn't mind and accommodated us. Even let us park a little over the time of check out so we could enjoy the high street and beach. Bed was comfortable! Just an all round great bnb

Close to town centre. Helpful staff, clean and tidy room.

Parking could be an issue during peak season.

This is a lovely little B&B, simple double room with a small en-suite but I didn't need anymore than that. Sam was lovely and made me feel so welcome, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Burnham-on-sea
