The mattress on the best was hard

Beautiful ocean view from the large terrace. Very friendly, helpful and hassle-free hotel staff, who speak very well English. Fully equipped kitchen, even a juicer available. Cleaning 5 days a week, including towels change.

The furniture on the terrace could be replaced due to wear and low comfort.

Good Pool area for children and adults, apartments were roomy and well equipped

No aircon in the rooms, roof fans were ok, however was hot in the evenings

Customer service was excellent. Sara in particular was really helpful with advice on where to go what to do or see. We had a self catering apartment in Neptuno complex which was well equipped quiet and clean. Having the additional attachment to the hotel and its facilities (gym/2 pools/cafe bar) was excellent. It was really helpful to speak to reception about anything we needed. We has the benefits of self catering and the benefits of services of a hotel. The pools were so lovely and clean and there were chill out areas in the gardens at Regency. The Regency pool was good for smaller kids it was lovely to relax there. Neptuno had a lovely vibe too and great music and a great pool for our needs (diving in/back flips/swimming).

The rooms could be a little cleaner initially. It's also a trek from the beach so if you want a beach holiday stay nearer the beach. Its a taxi ride to most places and the taxis are expensive. We spent over 10% of our budget on them! We couldn't figure out how the taxis worked either as it was unclear how to hail one down when out and about although the reception will order you one if you are going somewhere from the Hotel. On the plus we got very fit walking up the hill most days!

it wasn’t clean. there was a green scum mark all around the pool. The studio wasn’t suitable as a twin. When you pull the bed out the wall, you can’t use the sofa bed. So one person just had to sleep on the sofa. Some of the staff the cleaner, the girl at the pool bar, we’re just rude. The restaurant was closed. There’s just a ceiling fan that runs really slowly, way too hot in August, if you leave the patio door open you just get bit to death.

The pool and the lady who managed the pool bar at neptuno was fantastic

The bed was a little uncomfortable
