Very little sweets in the jar and not enough tissues by the bed. We also like to leave places tidy, but there was no dust pan and no mop.

Sebastian was there to meet us and his handover was faultless, loads of information, the apartment was spotless , beers in the fridge , only a 5min walk into centre to the bars and restaurants , an amazing 2 days and we will definitely be returning

Great communication from Sebastian from start to finish. He met us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable and understood where everything was. The apartment was spotlessly clean and every little detail had been thought of including a lovely coffee machine and a jar of sweets to enjoy 'on the house' which was a lovely touch. Lots of spare clean towels and a lovely hot shower to wake you up each morning. The location is amazing and only a short walk into the square at Ypres and of course to the Menin Gate. The area of the apartment is very quiet. Sebastian provides you with a parking permit which allows 2 hour parking outside the apartment but if you are out all day, as we were, you will need to move the car to an area of free parking. Sebastian will tell you where these are. In summary this was the perfect apartment for myself and my two adult sons and we are so glad we found it. We will be back.

I rarely score 10's on hotel and accommodation but this has to be one. The apartment was beautifully presented and with many nice touches such as drinks in the fridge,teas, coffee etc and with lovely bedding , fluffy towels and bath robes and very very clean. The location was just great with the market square with all the bars and cafes less than 10 minutes away. Sebastien the owner met us and checked us in and could not have been more friendly and helpful and always keen to be available if any problems came up ( which they didn't). We couldn't recommend this property highly enough and would stay again without hesitation.

the location was terrific, and it was very comfortable and well- equipped. we really appreciated the time Nathalie spent with us on arrival, discussing the property and providing local tips.

it would have been nice to have a washing machine as we are on a long trip, but wouldn’t have been a problem if we were there on a short break

The property is furnished to a high standard, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect to explore Ypres.

This beautiful comfortable and well furnished apartment is close to the centre of Ypres in a quiet location. It had everything we could possibly hope for and was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and very warm and cosy for chilly evenings. Hosted by Nathalie and Sebastien we were very impressed by their hospitality and friendly texts during our stay to ensure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend making a booking!

The ambience of the apartment, the hospitality and generosity that you lavished on us was first rate super recommended.

Great location with the town centre at walking distance. The flat is on the ground floor of a modern building, so everything was new, clean and in perfect working order. The flat is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need and more. Perfectly clean as well. Beds are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. He got in touch right after booking and every contact was quick and easy via WhatsApp. He went out of his way to help us with all our needs. It was a perfect stay and we will come back.

The host met us on arrival and provided an excellent orientation of both the property and made suggestions for nearby activities. It was a great place for a weekend getaway for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens).

Second time we have stayed there and it's so nice everything you could wish for,clean tidy all the things you need and so much more,the owner sebastian is such a great man.

From start to finish it was great the owner met us there and explained everything apartment was spotless great location to the town and shops,the owner even left us his umbrella as it was raining when we got there,there is nothing at not to like,we booked up to go again as it's so nice,like to say a big thankyou to sebastian for making our stay so good,see you in October all being well.
