Best location, beautiful hotel, great service, tasty breakfast. Excellent room - cozy and clean and comfortable.

Numurs, vestibils, personāls- viss bija super! Numuri tīri, ēdiens garšīgs. Kaut esi centrā, ir ļooti klusu. Esi centrā, bet droši vari piebraukt pie pašām viesnīcas durvīm un mašīnu vari noparkot garāžā (bet tas nav lēti ;-)

Nepatika, ka spa zonā mētājas tukšas glāzes, dvieļi nomesti no iepriekšējiem apmeklētājiem. Spa zonu novērtētu ar 5 ballēm. Arī ūdens nebija pietiekami silts. No personāla spa zonā nesagaidīja neviens darbinieks. Prasītos tomēr pieejama tēja, ūdens. Ūdens bija pieejams, bet pie aparāta mētājās zemē glāzes, ka pat ūdens vairs negribējās. Otrs mīnuss- ir pieejama jumta terase, bet ja gribi vietu, tad tā obligàti jārezerē iepriekš, jo uz jumta terases laiž arī cilvēkus no ielas, kas man nelikās ok. Jo prioritāte ir viesnīcas apmeklētāji. Ēdiens bija garšīgs, personāls laipns. Plus vēl viens mīnuss, kas varbūt nav liels, bet viesnīcai vajag normālu uzrakstu, kas norāda, ka esmu nonākusi konkrētajā viesnīcā :-)) es trīs reizes aizgāju garām viesnīcai un lai ieraudzītu nosaukumu- sorry.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Viele Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gross. Frühstück sehr gut. Zusätzlich zum Buffet können unzählige Speisen bestellt werden. Lediglich die Obstauswahl spärlich. Nachmittags gab es kleine Snacks und Wein kostenlos.

הגענו למלון לחגוג יום הולדת. המלון יפה, מטופח, קיבלנו חדר מקסים עם עם מרפסת בקומה 5. החדר עצמו גדול מאוד, נקי ומאוד נעים. קבלת הפנים והשליטה של הקבלה בפרטים מצויינת כולל שליטה באנגלית וברצון לסייע ללקוח. ארוחת הבוקר בבחירה מתוך תפריט - ארוחה מצויינה ובהחלט מוגשת יפה..

האמת שרק נקודה אחת - התשלום עפ"י בוקינג נדרש היה להתבצע 3 ימים לפני הגעה למלון. להפתעתי גיליתי שלקחו סכום כסף, קטן אך חייבו מבלי שהבנתי על מה הוא. לסיכום - לא הצלחתי לקבל תשובה ברורה מנציגי המלון אך לאחר מס' ימים - החיוב המלא היה נכון ללא קיזוז הסכום הקטן (כ- 5 יורו). מוזר, לא ברור.

The location of the hotel is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants close by and the Basilica which is fantastic can be seen up close from the rooftop of the hotel. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a lot of choice of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A great bonus is the complementary wine and cheese offered between 4 and 6pm every day, this was a great way to start the evening. The spa was lovely, small but very quiet and a great hot tub.

The only thing that could have been better was the coffee.

Ekzellente Lage, direkt an der Kathedrale. Dazu ein sehr guter Service. Das Frühstücksbuffett war zwar recht klein, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Vor allem die Speisen (Omelette etc.), die man zusätzlich bestellen konnte. Sehr leckerer Café.

Das WLAN im Zimmer war sehr schlecht - nicht wirklich 5 Sterne tauglich. Wir fanden die Preise in der Skybar etwas überzogen (natürlich ein toller Ort und leckere Drinks), aber es war dann doch sehr teuer.

Fantastic service from the breakfast staff. Reception was very obliging.we checked in early and had a late check out.location is fantastic, within walking distance to every where. Will definitely choose Aria again if I do come back to Budapest

Very friendly staff, excellent location and the best bed and pillows in recent times. I loved the music theme and the aesthetics of the place and will happily go back next time in Budapest.

The bar.. Great view, nice people but... Terrible music and unimpressive drinks.

Fantastic boutique hotel within 1 min walk to the Basilica and 10 mins to the Danube/ Chain Bridge. Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Got an upgrade to a suite when we arrived which was huge! This also meant that we had our own private lift (covered all the large suits at the front of the building). Breakfast options were fantastic and you could stay there for a week and not have to have the same thing twice. Great roof terrace for drinks or a meal.

Nothing apart from the Wifi in our room (poor signal) and the taxi company they arranged for our transit to the airport. We paid in HUFs to get rid of our cash and the driver gave me change (2000 HUFs I think). Found out when I tried to spend the note in the airport that it was no longer legal tender (withdrawn in 2017). I hope that this was an honest mistake by the driver but it left a sour taste in the mouth. Be careful when dealing with cash in Hungary.

Lovely themed room with everything you could need, well maintained and stocked with what you need. Couldn't fault it Perfect location within Budapest An excellent breakfast service and the wine and cheese in the afternoon, a simple, but fantastic idea As for the staff, well bravo Aria, they were a level above, they couldnt do enough for you, simply wonderful

Unique and beautiful! You do a double take when you walk into the foyer and look up! The rooms are all music themed and everything in it is pure luxury. The spa is unreal, a little oasis downstairs!

hotel was faultless, as was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We absolutely wouldn’t stay anywhere else than Aria in Budapest!

location is great, quite close to everything, rooms are beautiful, definitely worth the 5star rating, but the best thing is the staff- i cannot tell you how much they go out of their way to help- absolutely brilliant, these are the things that they did that they did that i thought were outstanding; 1. brought ice to the room within 5 minutes of it being requested 2. carried shopping up to the room whilst we enjoyed drinks 3. arranged dinner in a packed sky bar on a Saturday night with only 2 hours notice- moving tables around and manipulating guest lists to keep us happy. 4. Never asking us to vacate breakfast tables - even when the room was cleared and they were waiting to re set for lunch, not once did they rush us or even disturb us. 5. made fresh croissants for us - which by the way, are flown in from Paris and baked on site.... 6. we were there for a special birthday so were over indulging in drinks, all staff were so friendly, taking photos with us and generally making sure we had the best time, never 'judging' us for drinking too much- all together lovely. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one was really fab, but the staff were faultless. 10/10, thanks Aria for making my birthday one to remember. The free cheese and wine in eth evenings is cool too, and the grapes - i've never had such huge ones !! many thanks, the minhas's and the Sohals
