Friendly and helpful personal of the Hotel. We asked about kettle and hot tea in the room - girl from reception helped us in two minutes. Excellent view of Dardanelles. We have room on 5th floor with terrace. The view from this terrace is absolutely amazing. We liked to meet sunset on this terrace and watched for big ships on Dardanelles. All was on good level during our living in the Hotel.

The location is great. I've lived on the 5th floor and had a terrace with a very nice view.

I stayed there 2 nights, but the property charged me 3 times: for the first night I paid at the hotel reception, for the second night I paid through the Booking (because the hotel exchange rate was near 1 $). During the checked-out, they told me to pay for 1 more night because they hadn't my payment. I was trying to explain the situation but staff and a manager on the phone didn't understand English and they charged me without my credit card (using the information from Booking). After a long argument, they accepted their mistake and gave me money back in cash, but when I left the hotel they charged me again. I was far and couldn't come back and argue again. I'm still waiting when Booking will solve this problem and refund my money. About the hotel: 1. Floor around the bed and in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of someone's hair 2. It was no slippers to walk on this dirty floor 3. Breakfast was poor 4. Door to the terrace couldn't be closed, so people from other rooms can easily enter your room (it didn't happen, but it was a chance). I didn't feel safe to sleep and leave belongings there 5. Internet collapsed several times
