Apartment is large and spacious and well furnished in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. About a 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Was OK except that we had a one year old grandchild and it was a bit of hassle if we needed to quickly return to the hotel. Enjoyed our daily early morning walks and coffee along Jomtien beach. Hotel has a lovely small swimming pool and well-kept gardens. Location is close to a wonderful small market (fresh fruits/vegetables etc), a Night Market, number of 711 stores and restaurants. Also, within short distances from Central Pattaya and many of the City's attractions. Used BOLT (ride sharing app) extensively. Neang, the operations manager, was outstanding; she was courteous, friendly and quickly and effectively took care of items brought to her attention.

Our room while specious and well-equipped was on the top (4th) floor. Climbing up some 50 plus stairs few times a day for the month we were there, was a bit of a chore as both my wife and I are in our late 60s/early 70's. During the first couple of days there was significant jackhammering/construction noise from a unit below and noise went on well into the late afternoon even though we were advised it would stop at 3:00 PM. Seriously impacted the AM/PM naps needed by our 1-year old granddaughter. One evening, a group of guests decided to have drinking party by the pool late into the evening and it quickly became very loud and annoying. However, they stopped when approached by management.

Rooms were very big a lot of space. Jacuzzi was very nice bonus. Staff was friendly.

There were almost no kitchen facilities (like salt, pepper, and towels for the kitchen etc) Also, we didn't like that you had to check how much Kw you use per day because it was limited.

There was nothing that I didn’t like

Super spacious villa, clean and just minutes drive away from places to see. Owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Place is super safe with its security entrances. There is a bath tub and an outside pool as well. Kitchen is clean and you can absolutely cook anything.

Maybe need to put some condiments in the kitchen.

such a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. They have everything you could possibly want and need. a full kitchen with oven, washing machine, spa bath and an awesome big balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners and staff were just so wonderful. The grounds, garden, and pool were just beautiful. The Villa had everything we needed and could have wanted. The spa bath was great, beds were the most comfortable we've slept in in Thailand and the cleanliness of the property was of a very high standard. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas were fantastic with all your need being thought of. I could not recommend this place highly enough. I only wish we spent a lot more time here, and we intend on making this a must stay place any time we're in Thailand.

The appartment is situated in a calm soi not far from the beach (by car). Plenty of restaurant around. The kitchen is fully equiped, everything is super clean, especially the bathrooms.

The mattresses are quite hard but as everywhere ! The only missing thing was kitchen towels.
