Hotel feels dated. Like dorm rooms rather than a four star hotel. When I asked for an iron at 4 pm, they said to come back tomorrow, and I had to insist that it was needed for the evening so they can make a call to find out where it is as.

Light, airy and very clean room. Good a/c. Excellent breakfast. Good outdoor pool and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Lovely staff, especially the breakfast team.

The walk into/back from Lazise felt further than described in the details and was probably too far for us on reflection. But there were a few nice restaurants that were nearer.

The room had all needed facilities. The staff was helpful and the pool was clean.

1. The hotel missed our requests for baby cribs and mixed the room combinations for all the guests, luckily they were able to sort it. 2. It feels that the rooms are smaller than advertised. 3. The room we stayed in was just adjacent to the breakfast area, hence we had extra noise in the mornings..

One person at reception was very unfriendly

The stuff was very nice and informative. Very kind and always with a smile. The room was very clean and has everything we needed. There is also a coffee machine with good coffee. Parking is free - you can always find a free spot. There is a good atmosphere in the hotel - the exact feeling you need on a vacation. Breakfast is very good and you can seat and eat outside which was fun. The location is great - very close to Lazise, Movieland and Gardaland. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Thank you for hosting us.

Location of this hotel is exceptional, walking distance to main town but away from the noise.

the sheets are poor and not warm enough, replace the coffee mugs after use and bring 4 and not 2 if we have 4 people in the room, Add a boiling pot to the room and tea . replace the towels every day and not every 2nd day, the rug is dark and dusty.

I like how conveniently located it was.

Not a very good breakfast.

The pool area is great! A lot of space and no "war for a deckchair" in the morning. The breakfast is plentiful and everything was of great quality, from fresh fruit salad (not canned) to Nutella on a tap! The free bikes are also a nice extra.

The room could do with a couple of extra power sockets (I had to charge my watch in the bathroom) and the pillows were not comfortable at all.

The warm welcoming and the excellent service. MS Loredana at breakfast was very helpful and extremely polite. The view on the garden and on the pool from our balcony was lovely and relaxing
