Well-equipped, comfortable apartment close to the beach.

It is a beautiful old historic villa. The apartment is on the ground floor for easy access. It has every amenity you could want. We were experiencing high heat and I was happy that there was an air conditioner. And there are thunderstorms, so I was happy for satellite TV. The bed is super comfortable in the shower has plenty of room. All of the appliances seemed brand new.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like

Cosy, simple apartment on the groundflour with the usage of a nice garden. It has a well-equipped kitchen and also a washing machine. It's only a few minute walk to Lovran's beautiful old town, also the Lungomare promenade and two small beaches. We visited both beaches. One with rocks (Cipera beach) with our favourite bar/café (Cipera Beach Bar) and with playground was lovely, The other one, Peharovo Beach has a nice swing in the sea. The best beach nearby was recommended by the hosts is in Medveja, 2 km further with a long beach is also great with places to eat, drink, you can also find shadow and a water playground for children (you have to pay for it). Good to know that the apartment is small, but It was perfect for our 3-member-family.

Everything. It had everything you would possibly need (from washing machine through iron to a peeler) for a stay in this historical and beautiful town. It was really clean when we came and the host was extremely kind and polite. It was close to the old town and to a great beach near by. Definetly reccomend!

The location was great. It’s in a nice old building. happy to have a washing machine and kitchen was good.

It’s damp because we think that the floor wasn’t isolated properly. The bed is not level because of the floor. The shower only has a shower curtain that sticks to you when you shower which I did not like. Next to the light switch for the bathroom is also the switch for the boiler which we had unknowingly turned off which resulted in us taking a cold shower one morning. This wasn’t told to us and was not indicated by the switch. Definitely room for improvement which would have made our stay nicer.

Position was excellent and property owners were very friendly.

Difficult at first to get parked.

Good location. Close to seacost and old town. Very cute owners who speak English and Italian

Despite of written on booking.com there were not any game facility in the court yard. Absolutely no lights on stairs from road to house in evening time. It was really dangerous with children. Very big problem with parking place. Too much stairs to go with baby carriage.
