I've stayed at many AirBnBs/holiday homes and this is possibly the best one I've visited. Phil and Lyn are superb. I definitely felt welcome. Thank you both for having me, looking forward to coming back down.

Hosts were very warm and welcoming. Place was spotless. Loved how quiet the area is. Helps for good night's sleep after a long day of working.

Everything was just amazing with one minor con about the location - it is not easy to go for a walk there as there are roadsids.

Hosts were very nice and accommodating to my time of arrival. The apartment is very cosy, bed very comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and the little patio area I could use was a nice bonus. Even if it's right next to the hosts house, you have your privacy and can fully relax.

Nice quiet location within fairly easy reach of the places we wanted to visit. The hosts large rear garden (with super views) was available for us to use plus a private patio with furniture.

At Leylands Annexe you get exactly what you see in the pictures, no unpleasant surprises. The place is cosy and comfy, makes you feel at home, and there's plenty of room for two people. Lyn and Phil are really charming and super helpful, they went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable (they even booked a table for us in a very nice pub nearby for dinner!). Would recommend to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay at Leylands again!

Spotlessly clean, nice big shower, property was lovely and warm. Lyn and Phil were very welcoming, came and had a natter to us at the end of each day whilst we enjoyed a drink on the patio. Absolutely delightful stay and just what we needed. xx

Lovely people, lovely locations and great value. The Annexxe was so well equipped and the hosts were so lovely.

Duvet was very heavy and bed was a bit too squishy.

Very welcoming and superbly equipped, this detached property is really very good value for money. Loads of hot water and great central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean modern shower room make your stay a pleasure. The secure parking behind an electrically operated gate is just one of the bonuses that you don’t realise is included until you get there.

I struggled with the low unsupportive settee, and experienced back problems with the bed. Reading the Visitors’ Book, many found the mattress ideal, so it’s a personal preference that you may need to consider.

Started with a very friendly welcome from the hosts, then we felt very comfortable and private in our little house. Hosts provide lots of goodies and excellent facilities. Great value accommodation
