Staff was very very rude to foreigners. They put us on the 30th floor of the north suite where they were doing a lot of painting. You cannot even breath from the paint. None made any amends to change rooms to make us comfortable. You cannot bring luggage through the casino which made our journey to our room a difficult ordeal.

The room is quite big, nice

Such a big and fancy hotel but without a Nespresso coffee machine which make the hotel become 3 stars

Lots of stores and food court serve quite good quality foods

1) no more bus shuttles between casinos 2) no fruits store market within Venetian Hotel or nearby 3) english speaking people/ in the service department is not good enough. Meaning not good communicator. Need to hire people knows how to speak english

The room was beautiful, the bathroom and room/lounge area were both very spacious and clean. Check in was very efficient and took our bags for us before our check in time. We were messaged when our room was available and our keys then activated so we did not have to return to the check in desk to collect keys. Very convenient!

Distance from lobby to room was a bit of a mission but not a deal breaker.

Great location, for London and Paris Hotel, however was a bit upset that we weren't pre warned that the outside water for the gondolas was drained and therefore no gondolas were running. Also no late bar available for an alcoholic drink and very difficult to get alcohol in most places. Great taxi links, very cheap, loved the old town, also cheap to get to by bus.

الفندق جدا مزدحم وتسمع جميع الاصوات في خارج الغرفه امر مزعج ولايوجد في الحمام شطاف ماء Bidet shower Bidet sprayer. وطابور في كل مكان حتى التاكسي للتنقل مزدحم مانصح الاقامه فيه ايام العطله الاسبوعيه ويكند /// جميع الغرف لايوجد فيها عزل للصوت واصوات الابواب مزعجه

The room is big. Plenty of choices of Shuttle bus, which includes to the airport. The facilities are good, including shoppings and gambling.

It’s so crowded during holidays that people are pushing to each other. And always needs to get in line for food and boutiques. The lost in room cannot be found after I left. The instructions are not clear enough so we always get lost at the beginning.

The sofa bed that I paid extra for was in terrible condition. The mattress was so soft and thin that I can feel the metal frame on my back every time I moved. Moreover, there is no refill of shampoo and shower gel despite calling the front desk to top up.
