Access to the lock box was easy. The 1 bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and spacious and in a perfect location. The unit had everything supplied and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, fantastic.

The oven didn’t work, and the cooktop elements were difficult to see the temperature settings, the tv remote batteries were going flat, the carpet in queen room and table on veranda had not been cleaned

Easy to find and easy to get keys from the lock box. The shower was great - a good size.

apartment was very basic and the lounge was not comfortable - the base cushions fell off when you tried to sit on it.

We were charged a credit card fee on top of the price that was stated at time of booking without being advised or given any other way of paying. Also, the dishwasher and oven were difficult to use as the labels for the dials had all been rubbed off and there were no manuals to show us how to use them

It was clean, warm, plenty of linen and a well-equipped kitchen.

Nothing to fault. As far as apartments go (Especially in a country town), this place is exceptional.
