in the resort are 2 beaches; one with general access and the other only for club members access; you couldn't find sunbeds on the general beach because was very crowded and the beach club one was empty; at the members club beach you pay an additional aprox. 200 eur

The food is horrible, only fast food, I only got seats on the beach lounger 2 days out of 7, the rest were occupied in the sun lounger, he only brings you a burger that you couldn't eat because the meat was so hot. During the 7 days I stayed, he only came to clean once, even when I selected the button to clean the room, he didn't come. I prayed to the women every day work and 4-5 times a day to give me clean towels and shower gel, personally going to them with the towels. The room was full of worms, when I was sleeping I woke up feeling them walking on my face. The boy from at the swimming pool, a skinny guy with braces made my children cry at 19:00 without 5 minutes, speaking badly to them and yelling that he was closing the pool.

Staff: very friend staff and open staff, who do their best to make your stay enjoyable. At some points, we noticed the staff were clearly understaffed but worked so hard to make everyone happy. Especially the restaurant manager Christos along with others who we haven’t captured the names were super nice. Good job! Clean: good room cleaning, with towels change every day and sheets change every two days. Food: great seafood restaurant near the beach. Great options and tasty menu. Very good sushi bar at the lobby, great selection and very tasty. Meat restaurants was also very good while the Italian could be better. Beach: great beach area, towels were provided during the day, clean water. very proactive staff, who were always asking if we need anything extra and good selection of drinks on the menu. The staff was very quick to bring orders and very friendly.

We were given standard garden view room despite booking a deluxe garden view room. We realised that only after we came back from the vacation. The reception staff were very nice to check us in early (around 12pm) but wish they told us the room is lower class level than we booked. Probably we could have waited for our room to be prepared. Overpriced on some items. For example, you won’t find a bottle of wine cheaper than 40 euros and plus at the beach or catering areas. Spa area is 50 euros pro person. So if you are stuck on a rainy day, there is not much you can do. And this year at this area was raining frequently. Mosquitos everywhere during the night. At the bar, restaurants and in the room. There is no escape from them in this area. Air conditioning in our room was horrible. Made super bad smell, so we ended-up not using it. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Hotel mobile app was great but it didn’t show open and closing hours of the restaurants. We learned that sushi bar at the lobby is not working on Wednesdays, so ended-up without a reservation. Luckily the meat restaurant still had some open tables. Usually all restaurants are fully booked in the evening, so I would recommend to make reservations in advance. Breakfast is served in one place, which for such as a large hotel can be very busy. Food was fine with large menu selection but it didn’t change during the whole week so you can get easily bored of having the same breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, and the beach is beautiful. Good gym and clean nice rooms.

It feels like they want you to buy things all the vacation. There is a “mirragio club” for some of the nice beach beds that is in additional charge, a photographer that spins around you trying to make you hire him, a very expensive pool bar menu and more. There are mosquitoes everywhere, i got all bitten up, and when i asked the reception if there is something i can use against it, they suggested i would buy it at the hotel pharmacy. The most annoying part was when the “manager of food and beverages” talked to us like we are criminals for drinking some wine we got from a winery at the hotel lobby, thinking we could enjoy the sunset peacefully. He asked us to leave and wouldn’t move from us until we did, making everyone around look at this shameful situation. We asked for a place we can stay with our wine and he said “in your room”. We then told him we think a 5 star hotel should have some other places for us to enjoy the sunset with a glass of our wine and his reply was “don’t teach me about 5 stars hotel”. We left in a shame and it ruined our evening. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect.

Absolutely amazing! The whole staff was always smiling and very friendly. They even upgraded our room for our honeymoon and added in a few extra surprises which made our whole trip even more memorable. Stella was especially welcoming and we hope to come stay again soon!

The food is more expensive than what you get at some of the bars.

Perfect hotel, Friendly staff, good food and amazing pool area and beach. The roads to get there are dangerous, but worthy to stay . Also amazing view from the top floor of the hotel

Everything about the hotel was superb. The room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the complex's garden. They have an age only pool which impressed me. The complex have private beach.
