Location & the friendly staff

There was no room service, especially for us who had a very tiring drive. The aircon control was not working , wanted to adjust the temperature, in the end we had to switch off the switch button on the air con itself.

Rooms were a good size. Location was central and within walking distance of the malls and historic area.

A lot of noise at night - either from the rooftop or outside. Although rooms were a good size, furnishing and furniture or seating for the living area was sparse.

Very large room with great views. I liked that every time I went out they did house keeping and replaced water and used toiletries (many places don't). The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

The place was fine. It would have been nice to have a gym or had some nice restaurants near the building instead of a 5+ minute walk, but it was an enjoyable place to stay.

Location just infront of Johore Night Market pasar karat. Nearby to good eatery Carpark is available & safe Also walking distance to City Square mall.

Located about 9 mins walk from city square mall, a huge 7-11 diagonally across the road and plenty of cafes and eateries in the area, this hotel is extremely value for money. It is very spacious, has big windows that let in plenty of light and shower with good water pressure. The property also has excellent safeguarding and comfortable common areas.

The wifi was very, very weak, which might not be ideal if you're planning to stream any shows. The property also sends you various follow-up messages (both via booking.com and via WhatsApp) which seemed a little too excessive

Clean and good room service.

We definitely don’t recommend guest with cars to stay at this hotel. Parking is inconvenient as we need to manage ourselves when taking the elevator up and down. Location wise is not suitable for people with cars. Space constraint for car to pass out to main road especially when there is a vehicle parked at the point where the car needs to turn right to main road. Bad encounter when there was a car parked on the right at the corner which blocked our way going out to main road. We tried to avoid hitting that car but we ended hid the side rock and sadly had scratch marks on the left side of our car. This short trip had cost us a fortune to fix our car.

Rm 1808 was spacious with an excellent view, comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Good location near old town.

Terrible patchy wifi with speed of less than 2Mbs.

Good size room, clean and comfortable bed. Towels provided. Very good WiFi. Nice staff. Quick check in/out. Deposit was accepted in (GBP) nice if you don’t have RM.

Noisy fan/AC. Street noise super loud even on 13th floor.

Room is very clean, view is spectacular, all facilities in room are new and comfortable, but pls let us know the brand of the pillow.
