善光の湯がとても良かった

マッサージチェアーがボロボロだった 新聞が欲しかった

大浴場とアイスクリームのサービス、ウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスが良かった

朝食メニュー（品数）が少なかった

Breakfast was nice, the location is very close to the station and I loved the onsen

The rooms are so small and bed for 2 people also very small. We know the Japan room standards but this was a bit too small for us.

駅前で便利。ウェルカムドリンクにりんごジュース、コーヒーが飲めて嬉しかった。 温泉がついていて、癒された。シャンプー、トリートメントがいろいろな種類があった。入浴後の無料アイス、 朝ごはんにヘルシーな小鉢が何種類もあったり、地元の特産物のおやき、そば、蓼科牛などがあったりして食べ応えがあった。 何か至れり尽せり、って感じだった。

Good location short walk across train station. Friendly staff spoke English easy checkin. Free onsen and bath was great. Breakfast was really good nice selection of Japanese and Western food. Free ramen and ice cream at night. Twin bedroom good size room comfortable bed . Asked for extra pillow no problem. Like that the bathroom sink is outside from bath and toilet area. Complimentary water and snack in refrigerator daily room cleaning was a plus.

The property was super awesome. They had a gender separated Onsen which offered free snacks depending on the time of the day. The used blackout curtains so my sleep wasn’t interrupted. They were a few steps away from the station which made it super easy to travel to and fro. Restaurants as well as stores were easily reached as well.

The staff were super friendly but we had a hard time conversing especially when we did not know how to operate the air conditioning unit. However, this was not so bad as they sent someone to do the setup for us. Luckily, I knew a few Japanese terms.

Location was great. Area very nice. Loved the Onsen! ... and all the free extras available

Pillows. Even when we asked for different ones they were still very hard!
