Location is the best. In the center of Kraków. Vavel was seen from the hotel window. Plus it is rather cheap.

The noise of our heater went loud all night that I had to turn off and continued sleeping. Also, loud noise from machine outside (I’m not sure what that was)

Everything from cleanliness and comfort to staff was 10 out of 10! Everything is simple but perfect! Comfy bed, hot water with high pressure. Room heating worked excellent. AND there was even the option for heated floor in the bathroom which was really nice. Also in the bathroom was the "heating/drying" rack for drying clothes. Water heater for making coffee worked perfect, but do bring your own coffee. All that was there for me was 4 tea bags. I think they do offer a breakfast buffet though for 13pln which I skipped as I'm not a big breakfast person.

I wish the internet were better as i had to work a bit while in Krakow. Do note that the hotel is between two streets but the entrance is on the south street, not north street alongside castle.

Proximity to Wawel and Old Town in general - there is a side gate that takes you straight to Bernardyńska St. Central location without the typical noise of a tourist place and everything is really clean.

It was a good location as close to castle and short walk to the old town. About 25 .minutes to main train and bus station, though bus from airport dropped me near the gues house. Was spotlessly clean and lovely and quiet.

Clean and nicely furnished. Kettle provided. Good location inside monastery grounds: very quiet but close to main streets. Feels very secluded.

Bed not hugely comfortable. Water in shower hot-ish only. Poor WiFi connection.

The stuff from reception was really nice and helpful. The room was also clean and tidy and there was no problem with wifi connection. The place has good location - it is close to centre, yet quiet. I also really appreciate the kitchen facility.

I suggest keeping in mind that the building is quite cold and if one is interested in breakfast, it is necessary to order it a day ahead.
