Great location, although a little difficult to find and a fair walk from the free parking area. Guests should be told that it is right behind the supermarket. Clean and comfy, with a short walk to the lake.

Clean, spacious with a terrace, pet friendly, parking was 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Carrefour market is one minute away by foot, which is super convenient. Location is amazing. Easy check in

The accommodation has a perfect location in the center of Cannobio. Everything is within walking distance. We had a room on the first floor and one on the second floor and despite the central location it was super quiet. The rooms were large, equipped with everything you need and very clean. Even if the rooms don't have their own balcony, there are small nice balconies on each floor with enough seats and also a nice small courtyard in front of the house. We had a parking space just a few minutes from the accommodation. This was very convenient. There is a supermarket just around the corner.

The bathrooms are very small, but perfectly adequate and above all very clean. The only thing that could really be criticized is that the equipment is partly a bit older/less modern. But as I said, everything is functional and well maintained.

Cassa Cannobio is a lovely building at a junction of 2 alleys, both of which take you to the lakeside promenade within a couple of minutes. Carrefour supermarket is right in front of the Cassa (1 minute walk away) as is the parking. The fixtures and fittings and dark wood furniture in the entrance hall and on the landings on both floors give a charming and classy ambience.

We were in Room 4 on second floor - a minor irritation was that there was no info booklet in the room. The furniture is a bit dated and not in keeping with the ambiance in the common areas. Definitely needs a refresh with painting /decorating, maybe higher wattage bulbs to make the place a bit brighter!. A major issue, however, was that both the wall sockets which were in the lounge/diner were an electric risk hazard - the wall plate under the table was loose and the wallplate behind the sofa bed had come off and on the floor. It was impossible to "find" the holes to put the pins of the plug into as the unit was hanging loosely behind the wall. A further electric risk was that the only power socket in the kitchen was on a wall next to the hotplates. Whilst we only used the kettle, we noted that one of the other gadgets had a slightly melted outer cable...... We used the 2 sockets in the bedroom to charge our phones/tablet, etc but had to do that by unplugging the bedside lamps!

Apartment is nicely furnished. Perfect location in the middle of town, close to the supermarket, restaurants and the Lido. Facilities to cook and kind and helpful hosts.

The shower cabin is on the small side.

Location in center of Cannobio, but not noisy during night. The old house is having charme.

Its better to have a balcony or terrace, which we havnt got.

casa cannobio is a beautiful building, the location is perfect. in the old part of the village, close to the port & lido. everything within walking distance, but still quiet neighbourhood. the studios have all you need, but nothing more, so quite basic. in view of this, the rates seem a bit high. the host is lovely and there is always somebody around to help if needed.
