Rooms clean and tidy and serviced daily

Late check in we didn’t get there till 10:30 and still was greeted by friendly staff. Beds very comfy to sleep in. Shower had good pressure.

No kettle. We only stayed a night and was gone early in morning so didn’t see much.

How accessible it was to for food and drink.

Trying to find the parking space behind the hotel. once the staff pointed us in the right direction it was good.

I feel just more signage into the parking area of the facility but everything else was great!

Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

This was our return stay after the first, 3 weeks previous. The Airconditioning in this room was much improved, i.e. little quieter than the first stay but still struggled to keep the room cool. I imagine in the heat of summer it would not keep up and when you are travelling, a good night sleep is essential for the trip to be considered relaxing.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and especially the comfort of that perfect soft mattress. I have nerve pain in my back, so to lie on a hard mattress is virtually impossible for a good night sleep. This spongy soft memory foam mattress cushioned around my spine and I had no pain, this virtually gave me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time, wish I knew the name of the mattress ❤️

The bistro took so long for a meal and there were only 3 tables being served, we waited for 45 minutes for our meal, I was so tired of waiting because of our long travel. I asked if I can take it back to my room, they said it’s $2 for the container, not even free considering how long they took, and we were so tired from our trip of 13 hours that day, I couldn’t argue, and had another 13 hour drive home tomorrow. meals came out at 9:15pm, we came in an ordered at 8:15pm, but ordered at 8:25pm, a staff member told us we had to order with a Q code, but no one told us, till 10 minutes past, trying to find staff for help, how to order food.

clean rooms. modern and well appointed. staff were lovely.

a three story walk up is probably the only small detractor.

nothing, I pulled up outside, saw patrons arguing outside, pokies and booked elsewhere, I wasn’t taking my 4 yo anywhere near the place

good size, easy to access.

hot water from the cold tap. didn’t matter how long it ran for stayed hot. Had a hot shower under the hot tap.
