Il tipo della casa ti chiede di buttare la spazzatura
Pure la carata igienica del bagno una cosa mai vista,
In nessuna struttura mi hanno chiesto di buttarla perché se no doveva pagare di più alla empresa di pulizia cioè pazzesco mai sentita una cosa del genere.
Adesso lui vuole 50€ di danni , perché era sporco
Ma non abbiamo rotto niente. Ci ha chiesto 300€ di deposito ma ci la ha fatto un dietro perché era tutto apposto
Lui se tiene a qualsiasi cosa per prendere del soldi
Brutta sperienza
Ma poi mi scrive che abbiamo lasciato del confetti e che dobbiamo pagare la pulizia
Quando noi abbiamo spazzato il pavimento

The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Getting the keys was very easy, and everything was explained to us for a great stay.

The location is great. It is very close to bus stop,tram and beach. The apartment has nice view for both sea and mountain.

Apartment owner was helpful and guided us trough the apartment. He helped us settle down. The owner of the apartment even organized an airport transfer for us. Apartment is few stops away from alicante main town (like ten minutes) but not so close that you shouldn't be in peace even on an evening walk.

great views of the city and the sea! I would have loved to just sit on the corner lazy boy to just read, if I had rented it for more time.
Private parking space included. Definitely a plus as it’s nigh impossible to find parking that close to the beach otherwise.

Good views and comfortable lounge room. Walk to the beach. Parking was available. Host was excellent. Restaurant/bar near complex entry was very friendly.
No toaster in the kitchen. The main bedroom door wouldn't close and the bathroom light kept turning on.

The elevator in the apartment makes a lot of noise and 1x we were stuck for an hour because the elevator no longer functioned properly.

For a winter break, the apartment was slightly chilly.

The flat has a wonderful view, is a good comfortable size for my family and a good location, I recommend it and I will definitely return!

Amazing host she was honestly so amazing, apartment was immaculate, excellent location basically on the beach. Host gave us snacks and drink on arrival truly the best host

Excellent apartment. With lovely views.
Close to amenities and very close to the beach, excellent base to do site seeing.
Host was very polite and professional, and I appreciated the additional touch of bottled water, canned drinks, ice and biscuits that were complimentary.
Host arranged for collection from and to airport which made the trip a lot easier.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again!
